This allows for a quick and easy installation. Max cut length is 50'.

Recommended Uses - 3/4" Rubber Rolls have been used successfully as home gym flooring, as commercial weight room flooring, under exercise equipment, in pet care facilities, as basement flooring, over radiant heated flooring systems, on outdoor patios and decks, as slip-resistant flooring on boat docks, as children's playroom flooring, in locker rooms, and any other place where a rubber floor solution would be useful to help prevent slipping and provide anti-fatigue and sound control qualities.
Note: – The Confetti and Natural colors are made from post-industrial recycled rubber. Confetti is a mix of multiple colors with random color percentages. Natural is standard rubber products and recycled white wall car tires. As a result, the shade and color may vary in these two options.

Heavy Duty Rubber Rolls are easy to clean. Maintenance includes:
  • Vacuuming loose dust, dirt, or debris from the surface when necessary.
  • Damp mopping with a mild soap and water mixture like Dawn or Tide.
Note: Do not use solvent or oil-based cleaners like Pinesol, Lysol, Murphy's Oil Soap, WD40, or paint thinner as they will break down the flooring over time.

When installing rolled rubber flooring, it's important to use an adhesive to prevent movement or separation between rolls. Two common methods for adhering rubber rolls to the subfloor are:

A: Double-Sided Tape Installation

  1. Clean the subfloor of all dust, dirt, and debris.
  2. Lay out the rolls in the room as you want them to appear after installation. Allow rolls to relax for 24-48 hours to ensure proper installation.
  3. Note: Rolls may be directional, so match the colors on each roll. Flip or turn them 180 degrees to ensure color matching if necessary.
  4. Cut rolls to fit the room using a straight edge and utility knife, leaving a gap around the rolls roughly the thickness of the rolls to account for expansion and contraction.
  5. Roll up the rolls at one end of the room. Apply double-sided tape to the floor along the perimeter of each roll.
  6. Replace the rubber rolls on top of the double-sided tape.

B: Glue Installation

  1. Clean the subfloor of all dirt, dust, and debris, and ensure the subfloor is free of moisture.
Spread a light layer of polyurethane adhesive that is 10’ long (maximum) and unroll the flooring into the adhesive 10’ at a time.
  6. Repeat this step for every 10’ of roll length until the entire roll has been unrolled into its desired position.
  7. After all of the rolls have been glued down, it is often recommended to use a 100-pound roller on the floor to guarantee good adherence to the subfloor. If a roller is not available, walking on the flooring in small choppy steps may also work.
