My daughter is 11 and is a ballerina, she has been 'on pointe' since December. We purchased the 4x4 floor kit to put under her portable ballet barre so she can practice at home. It was super easy to put together and works great. Thanks for a great product!

Our granddaughter is an avid dancer and, taking a cue from an exhibit at the National Dance Museum of Gregory Hines’ portable dance floor, I decided to get one for her as a birthday gift! I did not want make in China fearing awful off gas smells! Forget normal the usual lineup for online shopping!! Yes they had portable flooring but of unknown quality with lots of complaints about quality!! I kept searching and found Rubber Flooring Inc. Made in America!! Great reviews with a promised date of delivery!!! My granddaughter loves her floor and practices for hours! She hears the beat for tap routines!!! Her dad easily put it together, but his only suggestion is that you include an instruction sheet for folks who aren’t great at jigsaw puzzles!! Couldn’t be happier with this purchase!!! I did not take into consideration that I could not keep the floor in one spot. I have to assemble it every practice and take it apart at the end. Which adds 30 minutes to each session, since I am also packing it and taking it outside. It doesn't slide when on top of carpet. The sound is clean, but it isn't picked up by my laptops built-in mic. I really like the look and feel of it. I can't wait to have a room dedicated to dancing though.

Love this modular dance floor kit. Perfect for turning our living room into our new home studio due to shelter in place. Very sturdy and easy to assemble. One of the squares came slightly cracked so I called customer service. They were so nice and friendly and sent me a new tile right away which I received in a few days.

looks great, just a little too slippery for ballet

I needed an area where I could teach Zumba virtually. My floor is fully carpeted, and these dance floor kits are the perfect solution!

Easy instructions to follow and 6x6 floor done in under 20 minutes. Works great for my girls to tap and for me to do aerobic workouts on (better for my old joints)!

This floor is great! two things though: I installed over carpet and I think I should have put down some kind of tarp b/c some of the pieces pop up and the other thing is you need tow wear some gloves b/c the back of the tiles are spiky and can hurt your hands. Also, I didn't even get to the finish edge pieces! Otherwise, it's a great floor and has saved my knees and feet from injury as I teach Zumba online. I have recommended to other instructors who are also teaching from home. Thank you!

I ordered the 4x4 floor and I'm really enjoying it. It's definitely cumbersome, so this is not a floor I would carry around with me, but it fits nicely under the rug in our music room so when I'm ready to tap at home, I just roll the rug back and enjoy. Sounds are great!

I absolutely love my new dance floor!

I love my new dance floor. It has clear sounds and is not slippery at all. There’s just enough rubber to serve as a shock absorber when I’m dancing. It’s durable and it looks great. I just wish we had gotten it sooner! It was delivered quickly and when I spoke to a phone representative they were very helpful. It was also super easy to install. I highly recommend this floor for dancers.

My 8 yr old daughter uses it for her tap class and its great and easy to move. She uses it 4x a week for classes.

Easy to install. Works great for my tap class! It takes a little bit to get use to the seams and can be slippery at first, but once you are familiar with the floor it is great!!
