Next-Day Rubber Rolls are the perfect flooring solution that offers a nonslip surface and anti-fatigue qualities. These custom-cut rubber rolls are excellent in a variety of locations: home gyms, commercial weight rooms, fitness facilities, commercial gyms, under exercise equipment, as workout mats, basement flooring, and playroom flooring, easy clean flooring for pet care facilities, locker room flooring (where spike protection might be needed), and also fit nicely over radiant heated floor systems. These durable and convenient heavy-duty rubber rolls are also ideal for outdoor use, providing a protected, non-slip surface on decks, patios, boats, and boat docks. This versatile rubber flooring choice is truly the all-around, do-it-all flooring solution.
- 1/8" or 3mm—This material is for use in light-duty areas as an anti-slip or noise-control floor (it is not recommended for gyms).

Installation
- Ensure that the subfloor is clean, dry, and free of any debris.
- Loosely lay the rubber rolls in the room to achieve your desired layout. Allow the rolls to relax for 24-48 hours to ensure proper installation.
- Note: Rolls may be directional, so make sure the color matches on each roll. If the roll colors do not match, flip them or turn them 180 degrees to ensure the color matches.
- Cut the rubber rolls to fit the room using a straight edge and a utility knife with a fresh blade. Leave a gap around the perimeter roughly the thickness of the rolls being used to account for expansion and contraction.
- Roll up the rubber rolls at one end of the room. Apply double-sided tape to the subfloor along the perimeter of each roll.
- Place the rubber rolls back into position on top of the double-sided tape.
- Ensure that the subfloor is clean, dry, and free of any debris or moisture.
- Loosely lay the rubber rolls in the room to achieve your desired layout. Allow the rolls to relax for 24-48 hours to ensure proper installation.
- Note: Rolls may be directional, so make sure the color matches on each roll. If the roll colors do not match, flip them or turn them 180 degrees to ensure the color matches.
- Cut the rubber rolls to fit the room using a straight edge and a utility knife with a fresh blade. Leave a gap around the perimeter roughly the thickness of the rolls being used to account for expansion and contraction.
- Roll up the rubber rolls at one end of the room. Spread a light layer of polyurethane adhesive that is 10 feet long (maximum) and unroll the flooring into the adhesive 10 feet at a time.
- Repeat step 5 for every 10 feet of roll length until the entire roll has been unrolled into its desired position.
- After all of the rolls have been glued down, it is recommended to use a 100-pound roller on the floor to guarantee good adherence to the subfloor. If a roller is not available, walking on the flooring in small choppy steps may also work.
Care & Maintenance
- Sweep or vacuum loose debris regularly to prevent buildup and minimize the risk of slips and falls.
- For a deeper clean, simply damp mop the rubber rolls with a mild soap and water solution. We recommend using Dawn dish detergent or Tide laundry detergent.
- Do not use any solvent or oil-based cleaners like Pinesol, Lysol, Murphy's Oil Soap, WD40, paint thinner, or similar products. These cleaners can break down the flooring over time and cause damage.

If I order today, when will my rolls ship?
Order before 12 p.m. Eastern and your rolls ship the same or next business day. Plan on 1 to 2 business days in most cases, and 1 business day for 1/8". They ship from our Midwest and West warehouses. Orders over 3,000 square feet need an availability check before they qualify for next-day shipping.

Match the thickness to the load. 1/8" (3mm) is for light-duty anti-slip and noise control, not gyms. 1/4" is made for basic home gyms and exercise rooms. 8mm holds up in home and commercial gyms. 3/8" is the most common thickness in commercial gyms. 1/2" is built for Olympic weightlifting and other heavy drops.
Was this helpful?Is there a minimum length, or can I order just a small piece?
You can order a small piece. The minimum cut is 1 linear foot, so a short mat for under a bike or bench is fine. The rolls are 4 feet wide and cut to the length you enter. The longest single roll is 100 linear feet, or 120 feet in 1/8".

Yes. They give a non-slip surface on decks, patios, boats and boat docks. They also work indoors in gyms, basements, playrooms, pet-care rooms and locker rooms. They can go over radiant heated floors. Because the rubber is recycled, some shade variation is normal.

I have purchased the gym flooring twice. One is 3/4 thickness and the other 1/2 thickness. It is really good quality and perfect for my heavy gym machines. It is easy to do easy to clean. If you need durable flooring for heavy equipment, this is the flooring you want.
