Garage Tile Patterns

Vented Garage Tiles

Perhaps the most versatile of garage tile flooring, vented garage floor tiles give you the look and feel of hard plastic tiles, while still allowing for drainage. These bad boys are a tough, durable, and long lasting garage floor covering. Our vented garage floor tiles are our most customizable garage flooring. These garage tiles come in the largest variety of colors.

Diamond Garage Tiles

Diamond garage tiles feature a raised diamond pattern. This diamond garage floor pattern is something that is often seen in professional garages, so it will make your garage floor look just like the professionals’. Many of our diamond garage floor tiles are USA-made, and offer a 10+ year warranty (not true of all products, so please check the specs on your particular product). Just like our vented garage tiles, the diamond garage tiles are designed to stand up to harsh garage conditions and give you a space where you can work on your cars or kick back and relax with your friends.

Coin Garage Tiles

Another option for textured professional-looking garage tiles is our coin garage tile pattern. Our coin pattern Nitro Garage Tiles offer you the price point of a discount garage tile, but don’t be fooled: this is not cheap garage flooring as far as quality is concerned!

Our Coin Nitro Tiles offer the same quality in garage flooring that you would expect from RubberFlooringInc, and all Nitro tiles can interlock with other Nitro tiles (diamond and vented).

Smooth and Slate Garage Tiles

When texture would be more of a hindrance than a help, consider smooth or slate garage tiles. They’re designed for the busy garage with lots of rolling tool cabinets and chairs. These sleek tiles also come in unique styles, such as wood-look or stone-look patterns that will give your garage a classy upgrade.

Our Slate Flex Designer tiles offer the same wheel-friendly surface, with a bit of additional texture on top to give each tile some visual dimension. They’re made from a durable yet flexible blend of PVC plastic that’s designed to hold up to all the bumps and scratches you expect for a garage floor. And get this: they come with an incredible lifetime warranty. These babies are in it for the long haul.

Premium Garage Tiles with Traction Squares

The raised square pattern is one of the trendier looks in garage flooring today. You get the benefits of slip-resistance with a sleek, stylish texture. Choose a bold contrast between the tile and square color, such as blue and black, or a classic red and black combo. If a low-profile look is more your style, opt for a minimalist tile all in one color.

The raised squares, also known as traction squares, are made of a durable rubber, while the tile itself is an impact-resistant plastic. These materials combine for an optimized garage tile that is perfect for both wet and dry environments.

Color and Design Options for Garage Flooring

When it comes to garage tiles and customization, the possibilities are truly endless. You can keep it simple with one solid color or you can get creative with multiple colored garage tiles in patterns or checkers - the choice is yours. If you need a little inspiration, many of our customers have created some sensational garage floor looks.

Garage Tile Flooring Installation

Most garage flooring is designed for simple installation, because nobody wants to spend time installing a complicated floor. That said, there are still a few different installation methods you should keep in mind as you do your shopping.

Interlocking Garage Floor Tiles

Interlocking garage tiles are like pieces of a really big, really easy puzzle. The edges are designed to interlock when you press them together. Many tiles also come with edge pieces, so you can create smooth, finished edges where you need them.

If one tile is ever damaged, you can easily pull up the tiles in that row and replace it with a new tile before laying everything back again.

Peg and Loop Garage Floor Tiles

Peg and loop tiles, also known as hook and loop tiles, are similar to interlocking tiles. Two adjacent sides of the tile will have loops, and the other two adjacent sides will have pegs that snap securely into the loops.

To install, start at the left corner of the room, and place an entire row of tiles with the loop side facing in. The next row will secure to the first tiles using the peg side. Just like interlocking tiles, you can replace damaged tiles by pulling up a row, replacing the tile, and laying them all back.

Peel and Stick Garage Floor Tiles

If interlocking tiles are like puzzle pieces, then peel and stick tiles are like giant stickers! Well, not exactly like that. Peel and stick tiles are way more durable and permanent than stickers.

Many of our carpet tiles are designed with the peel and stick method, and they feature a self-adhering back that secures each tile to the floor without the need for glue or tape. While these tiles aren’t going to move around or peel up on their own, you can still easily remove them, and they won’t leave any residue behind.
