  • Can you use a floor scrubber on these floors? Do the tiles interlock tightly together and would water or oils get in between and under the tiles?

    Our 6.5mm Diamond Flex Tiles can be scrubbed using a rotary scrubber or automatic scrubber. These tiles do interlock very tightly using a hidden interlock design. With this design, water and oils do not typically flow in between or under the tiles. But if for some reason a tile were to become loose, there is potential for water and oil to get in between and under the tiles.

  • Will these tiles separate (break apart) from the movement of cars entering/leaving the garage?

    These tiles have a great interlock, but sharp turns or fast vehicle movement could cause some movement if excessive.
