These high-quality rubber flooring rolls provide superior impact resistance, protecting your floors from the wear and tear of free weights, treadmills, stationary bikes, steppers, and other exercise equipment. Durable and built to last, the rubber rolls are easy to clean and maintain.
Rubber flooring rolls can be custom cut to any length; however, please note that there is a 15-foot minimum cut length for all orders.
• Confetti and Natural colors are made from post-industrial recycled rubber, so some color and shade variation is natural and expected. Confetti blends may skew toward neutral tones like grays depending on the production run.
• Your order may include a few extra inches of material. This is intentional — it accounts for cutting tolerances and natural expansion, so your roll or mat is never undersized.
• Orders totaling over 1,000 sq. ft. may require additional processing time before shipping.

Installation
When installing rolled rubber flooring, it is important to choose the right installation method for your project. The most common methods of adhering rubber rolls to the subfloor are:
A: Double-Sided Tape Installation
- Ensure that the subfloor is clean, dry, and free of any debris.
- Loosely lay the rubber rolls in the room to achieve your desired layout. Allow the rolls to relax for 24-48 hours to ensure proper installation.
- Note: Rolls may be directional, so make sure the color matches on each roll. If the roll colors do not match, flip them or turn them 180 degrees to ensure the color matches.
- Cut the rubber rolls to fit the room using a straight edge and a utility knife with a fresh blade. Leave a gap around the perimeter roughly the thickness of the rolls being used to account for expansion and contraction.
- Roll up the rubber rolls at one end of the room. Apply double-sided tape to the subfloor along the perimeter of each roll.
- Place the rubber rolls back into position on top of the double-sided tape.
B: Glue Installation
- Ensure that the subfloor is clean, dry, and free of any debris or moisture.
- Loosely lay the rubber rolls in the room to achieve your desired layout. Allow the rolls to relax for 24-48 hours to ensure proper installation.
- Note: Rolls may be directional, so make sure the color matches on each roll. If the roll colors do not match, flip them or turn them 180 degrees to ensure the color matches.
- Cut the rubber rolls to fit the room using a straight edge and a utility knife with a fresh blade. Leave a gap around the perimeter roughly the thickness of the rolls being used to account for expansion and contraction.
- Roll up the rubber rolls at one end of the room. Spread a light layer of polyurethane adhesive that is 10 feet long (maximum) and unroll the flooring into the adhesive 10 feet at a time.
- Repeat step 5 for every 10 feet of roll length until the entire roll has been unrolled into its desired position.
- After all of the rolls have been glued down, it is recommended to use a 100-pound roller on the floor to guarantee good adherence to the subfloor. If a roller is not available, walking on the flooring in small choppy steps may also work.
Care & Maintenance
Keeping your Heavy Duty Rubber Rolls clean and looking their best is easy with these simple maintenance tips:
- Sweep or vacuum loose debris regularly to prevent buildup and minimize the risk of slips and falls.
- For a deeper clean, simply damp mop the rubber rolls with a mild soap and water solution. We recommend using Dawn dish detergent or Tide laundry detergent.
- Do not use any solvent or oil-based cleaners like Pinesol, Lysol, Murphy's Oil Soap, WD40, paint thinner, or similar products. These cleaners can break down the flooring over time and cause damage.

Would this mat be too soft to dribble a basketball? I'm looking for a floor where the kids can dribble in the house.
Our rubber rolls are very dense and will allow a basketball to bounce the same as if the flooring were hardwood.
Was this helpful?How do you cut the 3/8" rubber mats? I tried cutting my sample with a utility knife and it was not really working. I could but it would take a very long time.
The best way to cut our 3/8" Heavy Duty Rubber Rolls is with a sharp utility knife and a straight edge. We recommend doing a scoring pass, before starting your actual cut. This will make cutting the roll easier.

Our 3/8" Heavy Duty Rubber Rolls are resistant to mold and mildew growth. The only time mold would ground it if there were foot stuck on the floor.

We've had this down for about a week now. The product is truly great quality for uniformity of color, thickness, how flat and evenly it lays down, and size from roll to roll. It is very dense and very heavy (a 22 foot roll weighs about 225 lbs) so it will definitely last under the toughest conditions. That said, it's best if you have a few people moving it into position and a heavy duty utility knife to cut edges. Also, it off-gases a mild/moderate rubber smell at first so having some ventilation will be helpful during this time.

Ordered 5, 21’ rolls to cover a 20x20 gym space. Shipping was as in the timeframe stated when ordering and product was as expected. There was damage to one end of 1 of the rolls but that was the end we trimmed off to fit so wasn’t an issue for us. My husband and I laid and cut the floor ourselves and I think it turned out great! Haven’t moved in yet so have not used it yet but looking forward to it.

Just purchased 3/8" heavy duty rubber mats(rolls) for a garage gym. Best price i could find, and that's including cost of delivery. Product is high quality and dense. Far superior to the foam mats I used before.
