There is no application. We enroll verified business customers in Pro Command automatically, in the tier their eligibility supports. We verify a business with an EIN that our team checked or an approved tax-exemption certificate. There is no cost and no spend minimum. Higher tiers are earned through purchasing activity or account needs — never paid for. Enrollment does not approve credit, NET terms or purchase orders. Each one has its own review.
How do I request a project quote?
Use the quote form on any Pro Command page or on the Request a Quote page. Name, email and phone are required. Room sizes, products and the delivery ZIP code help a specialist quote faster.
What should I confirm before delivery?
Confirm the delivery address, the date, and whether the site has a loading dock or needs a liftgate. Heavy rolls and pallets ship by freight.
