How do I request a project quote?
Use the quote form on any Pro Command page or on the Request a Quote page. Name, email and phone are required. Room sizes, products and the delivery ZIP code help a specialist quote faster.
Can you help with takeoffs and quotes?
Yes — saved projects, install calculators, and fast quote revisions help you bid quickly, and your rep can assist on larger or complex jobs.
How does jobsite delivery work?
Your rep coordinates liftgate, limited-access, and jobsite delivery around your install schedule, and handles freight claims if anything arrives damaged.
How can I pay?
Card, PayPal, Amazon Pay and Affirm financing at checkout. Larger orders can be paid by purchase order at checkout; we review the PO before the order ships. Purchase orders can be paid by credit card, wire transfer, or check. NET terms (NET 15–30 for Builder, NET 30–45 for Command) are subject to credit review.
