Shipping Coverage

We ship to any home or business within the United States. Small orders are shipped via FedEx or UPS ground, while larger orders (up to 8 ft. wide) are shipped LTL (Freight) with free liftgate service in most areas and curbside drop-off. Most orders arrive within 7 business days or less. You'll receive a tracking number via email before delivery, and tracking details typically update within 24-48 hours.

Enhanced Shipping Options

Quick Ship: Orders leave the warehouse in 1 to 3 business days.

Next Day Ship: Orders placed before 2 pm EST ship the same day or the next business day.

 

Free shipping options may be available for both Quick Ship and Next Day Ship, depending on product type and availability.

Shipping costs are based on the weight/size of your order and the distance it travels. We partner with multiple delivery companies to offer competitive rates.

Large shipments are secured to a pallet and delivered to your address. The shipping company coordinates delivery dates and times, and the shipment is left curbside.

Delivery Expectations

  • Someone must be present to inspect and sign off on the delivery.
  • For curbside delivery, the driver will not unload the shipment into your home.
  • Report any damage or missing pieces on the proof of delivery and take photos or videos. Then contact us at 866-416-6388.
