If I order today, when will my rolls ship?
Order before 12 p.m. Eastern and your rolls ship the same or next business day. Plan on 1 to 2 business days in most cases, and 1 business day for 1/8". They ship from our Midwest and West warehouses. Orders over 3,000 square feet need an availability check before they qualify for next-day shipping.

Match the thickness to the load. 1/8" (3mm) is for light-duty anti-slip and noise control, not gyms. 1/4" is made for basic home gyms and exercise rooms. 8mm holds up in home and commercial gyms. 3/8" is the most common thickness in commercial gyms. 1/2" is built for Olympic weightlifting and other heavy drops.

You can order a small piece. The minimum cut is 1 linear foot, so a short mat for under a bike or bench is fine. The rolls are 4 feet wide and cut to the length you enter. The longest single roll is 100 linear feet, or 120 feet in 1/8".

Yes. They give a non-slip surface on decks, patios, boats and boat docks. They also work indoors in gyms, basements, playrooms, pet-care rooms and locker rooms. They can go over radiant heated floors. Because the rubber is recycled, some shade variation is normal.

Weight depends on thickness, and it adds up fast. Per linear foot of 4-foot-wide roll: 1/8" is about 2.6 pounds, 1/4" about 6.4 pounds, 8mm and 3/8" about 8.8 pounds, and 1/2" about 12 pounds. A 25-foot cut of 3/8" weighs about 220 pounds. Plan on help moving longer rolls into place.

Next-Day Rubber Rolls are resistant to mold and mildew growth and very easy to clean and maintain. The flooring itself would not grow mold.

Next-Day Rubber Rolls are very eco-friendly. Every year, millions of tires are ground up and repurposed. All of our rubber rolls are very safe and virtually latex-free. The material used to make our flooring is thoroughly cleaned to ensure that any hazardous materials are not present in your floor. If you would like further testing results feel free to reach out and we would be happy to provide you with it. There can be a slight odor to our Rubber Rolls. To help mitigate this odor, we recommend mopping the floor with a mild soap and water solution and letting the floor air dry. You may have to do this process a few times to fully remove the smell.
