I highly recommend these mats for dogs. I have two 1-1/2 year old German Shepherd Dogs. They are super chewers - up until now they have destroyed every bed I have given them. I ordered two of the WellnessMats. The dogs love laying and sleeping on them. The mats are comfortable and supportive. After having these for several months they do not show any wear or tear. The mats are pretty heavy and because of the beveled edge design, the edges do not curl up so the dogs have not been interested in trying to lift or chew the edges like they have with every other bed. These mats are waterproof and simple to clean.
