  Amazing garage upgrade

These tiles are an absolutely beautiful color and finish. They snapped together quite easily when hammered with the rubber mallet and provide a seamless, waterproof surface. We are so pleased with the appearance and feel of the garage space, it is a dramatic improvement. So far, the tiles are also easy to clean, even the tire tread mess brought in from the car wipes off with a wet swiffer cloth. BONUS: The tiles were shipped with the edge adhesive, which was not expected, but much appreciated. The only headache is that the full quantity of tiles ordered were not delivered to us, requiring our installer to come back a second time to complete the job.

Self-installed in Home Lanai, plants and exercise room

Installed over 220 square feet in a lanai with an angled wall. Product has a clever system to join tiles. Once positioned it's secured with rubber mallet. I did our floor in about 4hours. I cut tiles with a table saw, tin snips, and utility knife. Tiles stand up well to wet dog feet and looks great. Easy to sweep or mop. Everyone seems to like the looks.

Self-installed in Bathroom

I'm renovating a townhome for my daughter and the floors of this 30 year old home are pretty uneven. The Smooth Flex tiles installed easily (with persuasion from a rubber mallet)and covered the imperfections of the subfloor. Cutting with a box cutter takes some effort and I went through half a dozen blades doing a 5x8 bathroom. Getting lots of compliments on the floor from friends and subcontractors!
Correction to Previous Rating on Flooring
Self-installed in GARAGE

I previously posted a very dissatisfied Customer Service Experience involving shrinkage of these Tiles which the manufacturer attributed to our installation blaming MOLD as the reason. After some additional correspondence, Alicia Vitte Decision Coach/aka Customer Service Manager 800-613-0996 x 5011 Advocated for 24 replacement tiles which they finally agreed to. I have received these replacement tiles and let other customers know of the results being favorable to the consumer. This is generally not the outcome but with Alicia's persistence, the proper outcome was achieved. Regardless of the shrinkage cause, I have asked that proper installation notes include solutions (underlying Vapor barriers) are installed to avoid potential installations with adverse affects (shrinkage). I will continue to do business with Rubber Flooring, Inc. based upon my most recent interactions and Alicia's diligence in resolving this matter. Thank you Alicia. this is a great product! It is easy to install by amateurs and cuts easily with a thin blade utility knife. My only complaints are that it took over 20 days to receive the order, and there is considerable thermal expansion. I installed it on an outside porch that is covered but open. When the sun hits it there is a bit of bulging. This can be solved by using mastic to glue down the tiles. The odd metric sizes might present some problems. Over all, great product and should wear well.
  Happy in Sun City Center

The design portion of the website was very useful in helping me decide what patterns and colors to use on the garage floor. There were no samples available of the colors I chose. However, when the tile arrived I was very happy with the colors I had chosen. The two men who installed the floor had some difficulty cutting the tiles but in the end the result was a very beautiful garage floor that made all the hard work well worth it.

We renovated a room that was destroyed by hurricane Michael. The price works great. It was easy to install overall, and finished product really changed the whole room.
