We installed this in our living room and love the wood look tile. We used these planks with a blend of mosaic tile on our walls to really make the room stand out. It's made our family feel more like home since moving into our new house.

Bought this for our rental beach condo in FL. It’s beautiful Emerson wood- ash white. It is slip resistant which we like. But after 5 people come in from beach it’s an awful mess. Scuffs very easily and only thing that helps get scuffs out is magic erase. I had to put rugs under dining table and stools. They told me it was commercial grade but it doesn’t seem to be holding up well with traffic. I would not recommend for a rental or heavy traffic room.
