Can Shaw World's Fair 6 Vinyl Tile be installed over porcelain tiles? or do they need to be removed first?

For this product, you would need a completely flat subfloor. This vinyl would 'telegraph' which means it will show imperfections in the subfloor below (grout lines in tile for example).
Since price has to be the main consideration in replacing a large damaged white congoleum kitchen floor, which I love, in a house scheduled to be torn down within 5 years. Boston seems possible. A professional installer said it would take 10 boxes of vinyl. I'd have to look at a sample. Then if agreed, do you send it? Thanks.

There are two installation methods, depending on the type of environment. For low traffic spaces or non-permanent installations, we recommend the Double Sided Tape Installation method. For high traffic or permanent installations, we recommend the Glue Installation method. Installation of vinyl tiles and planks is as follows:
