Do you need a moisture barrier under this product?

As an extra precaution, we recommend 6mm plastic. However, if you choose not to use a moisture barrier, with will not void your warranty.
Can these tiles be used on an outdoor porch?

These planks are recommended to be used indoors, as they are not tested to stand up to the elements.
Are these tiles hard to cut to fit?

can I install this floor under kitchen appliances and kitchen cabinets with stone on top of them ? I want to install it with out using glue.

COREtec is engineered to be installed utilizing the floating method. Do not install cabinets or fixed objects on top of the COREtec. Proper expansion space is required. Please see the installation PDF for further details.
Can this be used in a home that is not climate controlled all year round?

COREtec Plus is stable between 32 and 140 degrees. You can glue down the COREtec Plus if the temperatures are going to be below the 32 mark.
Can you install cabinets, island, appliances on top of this floor?

Yes you can, it is recommended that you glue those areas down.
Can I put an additional underlayment?

Adding any additional cushioning will void the warranty. If you have a wooden subfloor, you can add a layer of plywood to raise it up. Over concrete it gets a bit more complex, but it would need to be something rigid, like a layer of cement on top or a cement board.
Can I put Coretec ProPlus on a cement floor?

6 cases are what you will need for the 165 sq ft. That included a 5% overage for install.
Can a heavy treadmill be placed on these?

We would suggest using a treadmill mat or a rubber mat would work perfectly without damaging your floor.
I have radiant heating in my house fl. temp max at 80 deg. F. will this affect the floor or installation?
Coretec Plus can be installed over radiant heating, as long as the temperature does not exceed 85 deg F.
Can I install a toilet on top of this LVP floor which is installed on a plywood floor?

Yes, these tiles can be used in toilets. However, when installing the toilet, planks are usually cut around the pot.
Are luxury vinyl Coretec tiles made in North America?
