Frequently asked questions
Pro Command program
How does Pro Command enrollment work?
There is no application. We enroll verified business customers in Pro Command automatically, in the tier their eligibility supports. We verify a business with an EIN that our team checked or an approved tax-exemption certificate. There is no cost and no spend minimum. Higher tiers are earned through purchasing activity or account needs — never paid for. Enrollment does not approve credit, NET terms or purchase orders. Each one has its own review.
How do payment terms work?
NET terms (NET 15–30 for Builder, NET 30–45 for Command) are subject to credit review. With terms you can start a job before the invoice is due; approval and final terms are set by Flooring Inc finance. Enrollment does not approve credit, NET terms or purchase orders. Each one has its own review. Larger orders can be paid by purchase order at checkout; we review the PO before the order ships. Purchase orders can be paid by credit card, wire transfer, or check.
What does the dedicated account manager do?
Your account manager knows your active jobs: they revise quotes, place inventory holds for Command accounts, coordinate freight and job-site delivery, pull submittal packages, and chase down anything that could slow a project.
How do I qualify for a higher tier?
Tiers are based on your trailing-12-month order count or spend — whichever you reach first. Our team can also approve a higher tier for project-based or multi-location accounts. We do not move you down a tier automatically.
How do inventory holds and dye-lot matching work?
Command members can reserve stock for active projects, subject to availability, and we will work to hold the same dye lot/batch across phases so your floor matches end to end.

Can you handle a multi-location rollout?
Yes — 1-click reorder cloning, consistent specs, and consolidated invoicing keep multi-site rollouts on-brand and on-budget, with one rep across all locations.
Can you deliver after hours to avoid closing?
We plan after-hours and phased delivery and use inventory holds so material arrives when your installer can work around your hours.*
What flooring works for a warehouse or industrial space?
Polished concrete, epoxy, and sealed surfaces are common — your rep will match the system to your load, traffic, and chemical exposure.
Do you have slip-rated options for restaurants?
Yes — slip-rated surfaces and entryway systems matched to wet and high-traffic areas, with documentation for your safety review.
Do you offer payment terms for businesses?
Qualifying members can buy on NET 15–45 after a standard credit review. Final terms are set by Flooring Inc finance.
