Our 3/4" Rubber Gym Tiles are designed for heavy-duty commercial use and are the perfect interlocking tiles for Olympic lifting, Cross Fit, and other extreme exercises. Being an interlocking tile, these rubber tiles are effortless to install and can be cut using a low-speed utility knife or saw. Featuring an anti-skid top surface, these gym tiles are great for areas where sweat and water may be present, helping to create a non-slip yet durable flooring surface for your home or commercial gym. Since these rubber flooring tiles are vulcanized, these tiles are also great for outdoor use and have been used as equine mats, dog kennel mats, patio flooring, deck flooring, and much more.

Installation
- First, clean your sub floor so it is free of all dirt, grease or debris.
- Snap a chalk line on the subfloor 24” from one wall in your room. Snap another chalk line on the subfloor 24” from an adjacent wall. You should now have a pair of perpendicular lines making an approximate 90-degree angle.
- Begin laying the interlocking tiles along the chalk lines, snapping the locks together as you go.
- Leave the perimeter of the room open until the field is installed.
- After the field is covered, go back and cut in tiles along the walls in the room. It is recommended to leave a gap along the wall roughly the thickness of the tiles used to account for expansion and contraction of the floor in varied temperature ranges.
Care & Maintenance
- Vacuuming any loose crumbs, dust, or debris from the tile flooring surface when necessary.
- Occasional damp mopping of the floor tile with a mild soap and water solution. A few recommended soaps are Dawn dish detergent or Tide laundry detergent.

In a garage installation, will the tiles degrade over time as cars are driven over them?
Our 3/4" Rubber Gym Tiles will not degrade due to a car being driven over them. The only thing that will degrade our rubber flooring over time is oil. If your car leaks oil on the tiles, the tiles will start to break down and flake over time. If you do have a car that does leak oil, we recommend placing one of our Nitro Rolls in the area where you park your vehicle.
Was this helpful?I want to install this rubber flooring in my garage. During heavy rain, some water can seep up on the floor, then drain. Will the moisture under the rubber tiles degrade the tiles over time?
Water will not breakdown our 3/4" Rubber Gym Tiles.
Was this helpful?What is the actual coverage area of these tile? Your dimensions indicate 34.5" x 45.25". Are they a full 36" and 48" edge to edge?
Our 3/4" Rubber Gym Tiles when interlocked are 34.5" x 42.25". The full size of the tiles, tabs included, are 3' x 4' in size.
Was this helpful?Are the 3'x4' center tiles reversible? In other words, at the end of a row, could I cut a tile to fit and then flip the remaining piece over and use it to finish the next row?
Our 3' x 4' center tiles in our 3/4" Rubber Gym Tiles are reversible in that sense.

Love these mat!. Commercial gym quality. Complete protection for your floors - heavy weights can be dropped on them without worry. The only downside is the noxious fumes when new. It's been almost a month since I installed them and I can't get rid of the awful odor, but to be fair, any commercial type mats will smell like this in the beginning.

I have a fairly large workout room in my basement. Recently we decided to renovate and make it even larger. Since I do quite a bit of heavy lifting with dead lifts, squats, etc. I felt it necessary to get a nice thick floor covering. I submitted a few queries regarding several of their products and they contacted me, via email, to discuss my needs. Once settled on the 3/4" Rubber Gym Tiles they worked with me to order the optimal number of tiles that were needed. I sent them a drawing of the new area and they laid out the tiles the most efficient manner possible. Once ordered they arrived on time and I proceeded to install them myself. Keep in mind that each tile weights approximately 50lb, I had 34 tiles so around 1700lbs. Needless to say it took a full day to lay them out and make cuts where appropriate. I ended up with 3 tiles left over; however, that was because I was lucky on a few of my cuts where the discarded piece was able to be used on the opposite side of the room. Needless to say my home gym looks like a professional gym tucked into my basement. Great customer service, great product and very happy with the results.

Love our new matts! We got 3/4in; 2x2. We have a ton of weight on the matts and it hasn't budge. It also has amazing grip! We installed it ourself. The matts do get heavy after awhile ??. Cutting them was tough but not impossible. Rubber smell went away after 2 weeks. We are happy and know it will last!
