1/2" Premium Rubber Gym Tiles

Introducing our 1/2” Rubber Gym Tiles: the ultimate defender against heavy weights and clumsy lifters. This tile is available as a universal tile or a center. It includes an anti-skid diamond pattern surface, these tiles will fit seamlessly into any room and provide added safety for your workouts. Not only are these tiles slip-resistant in wet environments, but they are also non-porous and non-absorbent, meaning they won't soak up any of your sweat or tears (from all those tough reps, of course). And if you prefer to take your workouts outside, fear not! Our Rubber Gym Tiles are outdoor-friendly and resistant to bacterial growth. With these tiles, you can finally have the gym of your dreams without the hassle of cleaning up after a hard session.

Recommended Uses: The 1/2” Rubber Gym Tiles have been used successfully in a variety of commercial applications. Some common areas where these tiles have been used include in powerlifting gyms, commercial weight rooms and physical fitness facilities, in physical rehabilitation centers and performance training facilities, in lockers rooms, around ice skating rinks as a blade resistant flooring, in baseball dugouts as a spike resistant flooring option, as doggy daycare flooring, as cow mats in barns, outdoors on decks and patios as slip protection, in garages and storage sheds, in children’s playrooms, as a utility room flooring, in basement home gyms, as general anti-fatigue flooring and sound insulating flooring, as a “green” flooring option, and in any other location where a low-cost yet highly durable rubber tile option would be beneficial.

Note: Due to the manufacturing process and nature of recycled rubber, some surface variations, such as color distribution or shadowing, may exist, and tile thickness may vary. Shims may be provided free of charge to assist with any tile thickness issues.

1. First, clean your subfloor so it is free of all dirt, grease, or debris.
2. Start in one corner of the room with a corner tile and add border tiles outward along the adjacent walls.
3. Leave the other two edges of the room open and fill in the rest, adding center, corner, and border tiles where you see fit.
4. After the open floor is covered, go back and cut in tiles along the opposite walls in the room. We recommend leaving a gap along the walls roughly the tiles' thickness and using it to account for expansion and contraction of the floor in varied temperature ranges.

Note: When piecing interlocking tiles together, adhesives aren’t usually needed since the product's weight is usually enough to keep the floor tiles from moving. However, do experience movement and would like to ensure that the tiles do not slide at all. You can use some double-sided tape or mat tape around the installation's perimeter to prevent movement.

• Vacuuming any loose crumbs, dust, or debris from the floor surface when necessary.
• Occasional damp mopping of the interlocking mat with a mild soap and water solution. A few recommended soaps are Dawn dish detergent or Tide laundry detergent.

Note: Do not use solvent or oil-based cleaners such as Pinesol, Lysol, Murphy’s Oil Soap, WD40, paint thinner, etc., as these will break down the flooring over time.
