1. These resilient interlocking floor tiles are made from recycled SBR rubber and high-colored virgin rubber. Each tile measures 23" x 23" (interlocked size: 23" x 23") and is approximately 8 mm (5/16") thick. Each gym tile weighs about 8 pounds.
2. Our 8mm Strong Rubber Tiles - Designer Series are made in batches, which can lead to color variations when placing multiple orders. Due to this, we recommend ordering more flooring than is needed for mistakes, replacements, and future floor growth to keep your floor looking beautiful and consistent.

Installing your interlocking Strong Rubber Tiles is a breeze with these simple steps:
- Start by thoroughly cleaning your subfloor to remove any dirt, grease, or debris.
- Using a chalk line, mark a pair of perpendicular lines on the subfloor that are 24 inches away from adjacent walls to create a 90-degree angle.
- Begin laying the interlocking tiles along the chalk lines, snapping the locks together as you go.
- Leave the perimeter of the room open until the field is installed.
- After the field is covered, go back and cut in lines along the walls in the room, leaving a gap roughly the thickness of tiles being used to account for expansion and contraction of the tiles in varied temperature ranges.
Note: Adhesives are not usually needed for interlocking tiles since the weight of the product keeps them in place, but if you experience movement, you can use double-sided tape or mat tape around the perimeter of the installation to prevent any shifting.

- Vacuum or sweep regularly to remove loose dirt and debris from the surface.
- For a deeper clean, damp mop with a solution of mild soap and water. We recommend using Dawn dish detergent or Tide laundry detergent.
