Installation
- Clean the subfloor to remove all dust, dirt, and debris.
- Loose lay the rolls in the room as desired and let them relax for 24-48 hours.
- Note: Make sure roll colors match and adjust accordingly.
- Make any necessary cuts to the rolls to fit them into the room and leave a gap for expansion and contraction.
- Roll up the rolls at one end of the room and apply double-sided tape to the floor along the perimeter of each roll.
- Place the rubber rolls back into position on top of the double-sided tape.
- Clean the subfloor to remove all dirt, dust, and debris, and make sure it is free of any moisture.
- Loose lay the rolls in the room as desired and let them relax for 24-48 hours.
- Note: Make sure roll colors match and adjust accordingly.
- Make any necessary cuts to the rolls to fit them into the room and leave a gap for expansion and contraction.
- Roll up the rolls at one end of the room and spread a light layer of polyurethane adhesive that is 10 feet long maximum.
- Unroll the flooring into the adhesive 10 feet at a time.
- Repeat the previous step until the entire roll is in place.
- Use a 100-pound roller on the floor to guarantee good adherence to the subfloor, or walk on the flooring in small choppy steps.

Can I glue down the 15mm Impact Rolls - Designer Series rolls over radiant heat concrete floors?

Was this helpful?Can you park a car on the flooring without causing wear/damage?
You can park a car on our 15mm Impact Rolls - Designer Series without damaging it. The only issue you may run into is if your car leaks oil. If your car leaks oil and the oil sits on the floor, it will start to break down the rubber flooring over time. To prevent this, we recommend placing one of our Nitro Rolls in the area where you will park your car.
Was this helpful?How does it hold up to spills? Will the flooring absorb the liquids if it gets under?
Our 15mm Impact Rolls - Designer Series will not absorb any liquids. If you spill any liquid on the surface, the liquid will essentially sit on the floor's surface. If allowed to dry, there is potential for the dried liquid to get into the pores in the floor. If that does happen, it may be impossible to get the floor thoroughly cleaned. We recommend if you do spill anything on the floor, that is cleaned up promptly.

Our 15mm Impact Rolls - Designer Series will not compress very much under the weight of a squat rack, dumbbell rack, or any other fitness equipment. Depending on the amount of weight on the equipment or the weight of the equipment, you may see some slight dimpling, but not much at all.

We love this product, easy to install. There were shipping issues, we called customer service, did a chat, etc. FedEx reimbursed for the shipping of part of our order but we have yet to receive reimbursement nor have we received a call back.

The final product was good. My only complaint is that the cut ends were far from square. they looked like they were cut with a pair of child's safety scissors. I had to square the ends prior to measuring and cutting. The delivery wasn't super. They tried to drop the pallet off 1/4 mile from my house, thankfully my neighbor told the driver to get out of the truck so she could drive it down the driveway and he caved....I've turned around a 50ft semitruck in my driveway and this dude in a 25 ft box truck was scared. Anyhow... Three rolls on a pallet, I transferred one roll at a time to a hand truck and brought them in. the long edges were pretty darn straight, I can barely see the seams. I'm going to post a video of the install on youtube - Money Pit Garage, check it out!

The product is beautiful, as you can see. The rubber was very heavy! And therefore hard to put in place. But thick is what we wanted. It works beautifully in the space. Thank you for your consistently excellent customer service.
