Installation Instructions for ProGame Sports Tiles

Preparation

1. Surface Preparation
   • Ensure the subfloor is clean, dry, and free of all dirt, dust, grease, or other foreign materials.
   • Sweep or vacuum the area to remove any debris.

Installation

1. Starting Point

   • Begin in one corner of the area and work your way out.
   • Ensure the female side (loops) of the tile is facing away from the wall if your flooring is going up to a wall.

2. Laying Tiles

   • Lay the tiles in a perpendicular pattern.
   • Fill the area with whole tiles to your predetermined size and design.

3. Cutting Tiles

   • Measure and mark the tiles that need to be cut to fit along edges, walls, or around objects.
   • Use a tile cutter or table saw to make precise cuts.
   • Leave at least a 3/4” space between the tiles and the outside of the court or walls to allow for expansion and contraction.

4. Edge Pieces

   • Once the tiles are in place, snap in the edge pieces if you purchased them.

Game Line Application

1. Taping

   • Use painter's tape or 3M 2060 tape to outline the lines that need to be painted.

2. Painting

   • Use two-part polyurethane paint for painted game lines.
   • Carefully apply the paint within the taped outlines.

Maintenance

1. Cleaning
   • Regularly clean the tiles to remove dirt and debris.
   • Hose down the court tiles to remove accumulated dirt and debris.
