Installation
Installation Instructions for ProGame Sports Tiles
Preparation
- Surface Preparation
- Ensure the subfloor is clean, dry, and free of all dirt, dust, grease, or other foreign materials.
- Sweep or vacuum the area to remove any debris.
Installation
Starting Point
- Begin in one corner of the area and work your way out.
- Ensure the female side (loops) of the tile is facing away from the wall if your flooring is going up to a wall.
Laying Tiles
- Lay the tiles in a perpendicular pattern.
- Fill the area with whole tiles to your predetermined size and design.
Cutting Tiles
- Measure and mark the tiles that need to be cut to fit along edges, walls, or around objects.
- Use a tile cutter or table saw to make precise cuts.
- Leave at least a 3/4” space between the tiles and the outside of the court or walls to allow for expansion and contraction.
Edge Pieces
- Once the tiles are in place, snap in the edge pieces if you purchased them.
Game Line Application
Taping
- Use painter's tape or 3M 2060 tape to outline the lines that need to be painted.
Painting
- Use two-part polyurethane paint for painted game lines.
- Carefully apply the paint within the taped outlines.

I want to install these in the driveway and still park my car in the garage. Can I put these in a driveway where they will be run over?
ProGame Sports Tiles are a great outdoor court tile. Because so many people use their driveway as their home basketball and athletic court area, we ensured that they would be able to handle being used under the weight of a car as long as the underlying surface is solid and level.

ProGame Sports Tiles are not the best option for roller skates because of their slightly dimpled surface. The texture adds grip to shoes and makes the surface non-slip even when wet, but could create a bumpy surface for hard wheels like on roller skates or skateboards.

I purchased tiles to cover a 25x25 basketball court about 5 years ago. All my gray tiles have held up. My recent purchase was to replace all the blue tiles that fell apart in just a couple years.

Installation is simple, definitely put down the rubber underlayment. The court provides zero slip, great ball bounce, and a bit of cushiony feel for the knees. Highly recommend.
