Flagstone Paver Tiles are very easy to install. Installation of these tiles is as follows:

Thoroughly clean the surface where the pavers are to be installed. Allow it to dry completely. Make sure that both the paver and surface have no moisture on them for best adhesion.
Place Flagstone pavers on the surface to assure you have the proper amount and that you like the overall design.
To achieve the best results, snap chalk lines as a guide to ensure the pavers are straight during installation.
Begin installation in a corner or against a wall and work in a small section.
Apply a polyurethane adhesive to the bottom of the paver and place on the surface.
Gently tap tiles into place with a rubber mallet for adhesion.
Continue laying full pavers in place until complete.
For any pavers that require cutting, use a razor knife, cutting the paver in a series of scores to acquire a clean edge.
Allow the area to dry for a minimum of 24 hours before use.
After installation, some natural weathering may occur.

Flagstone Rubber Pavers are designed to be low maintenance, making them the perfect choice for outdoor flooring. Here are some simple steps to keep your pavers looking their best:

Regularly sweep the surface of the pavers with a stiff outdoor bristle broom to remove any dirt, debris, or leaves that may accumulate on the surface.
Occasionally spray or hose off the pavers with clean water to remove any stubborn dirt or stains.
If necessary, vacuum the surface of the recycled rubber tiles with a shop vac to remove any fine particles that may have settled on the surface.
If your pavers become stained, simply use a mild soap and water solution and gently scrub the tiles with a soft nylon bristle brush or mop. Rinse with clean water and allow to air dry.

Note: Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaning tools on your pavers, as these may damage the surface and reduce their lifespan. With proper care, your Flagstone Rubber Pavers will provide years of low-maintenance, high-performance outdoor flooring.

If you are placing the pavers over grass or compacted dirt you will want to ensure the surface is flat. You will also want to place a weed barrier under the pavers to keep grass from growing through the flooring surface. If the pavers are being placed on a concrete slab, you will want to ensure the surface is clean of dirt and debris.

Our Flagstone Rubber Pavers hold up well in all temperatures. These tiles are made to be installed outdoors and will not get brittle in cold temperatures.

Our Flagstone Rubber Pavers do not have to be glued to the wood deck. If you wanted to glue the pavers to the deck, we recommend the usage of a polyurethane glue. Since these are made with rubber, no mold or mildew will grown on them.

You do not have to glue our Flagstone Rubber Pavers over a rubber roof membrane. These tiles can be loose laid.

Our Flagstone Rubber Pavers are made to be used outdoors in all types of conditions. These tiles will not dry out in summer and will not get brittle in freezing cold temperatures.

You can use an electric saw to cut our Flagstone Rubber Pavers. Typically rubber is cut with a band saw, but you can use a scroll saw to cut these. You will just need to make sure that you run it at a low speed with either water or silicone running over the blade to keep it from melting the rubber as it cuts.

To cover stairs with our Flagstone Rubber Pavers you would just have to cut the tiles to fit and then glue them to the stairs with a polyurethane glue.

The best way to remove a pucker would be to install the flooring with a polyurethane adhesive permanently. Since these tiles are made from recycled rubber, they will expand and contract with the heating and cooling of the day. The pucker you see is the tiles expanding. When replacing the flooring, you can also try and install the tiles in the hottest part of the day; this will ensure that there is a proper amount of gapping between each paver to keep them from puckering. Our Flagstone Rubber Pavers would be able to withstand the weight of a hot tub on them. These tiles are made from high-quality rubber.

Our Red Flagstone Rubber Pavers are 3/4" thick and can be installed over concrete in indoor and outdoor applications. Rubber is naturally more slip resistant when wet, so, they would work great as a bathroom floor.

Our Flagstone Rubber Pavers will hold up to the intense desert sun. During the day you may see some expansion of the tiles with the heat of the day, but that will subside with the cool of the day. If the pavers will be in direct sunlight for a long period of time, you may experience some fading. We currently do not have any edging for these tiles.

If a full spread glue down installation is not available, you can use a seam sealer adhesive to glue the pavers to each other. This will help to create a solid floor that would be able to withstand most wind events.

Our Flagstone Rubber Pavers can be used for this purpose. These tiles are made of high quality rubber, so they will be able to withstand dogs and a hosing everyday.

There is no guarantee that our Flagstone Rubber Pavers will keep bugs off your deck, but it will make if more difficult for them to get on there. For best results, we would recommend you install the pavers with our seam sealer the way the bugs won't be able to get on the deck through the floor.

Our Flagstone Rubber Pavers can be used to replace a level deck and can be used around a fire pit. You will want to make sure the tiles do not come into contact with any direct flames since this will damage the tiles.

Edging is not available with our Flagstone Rubber Pavers.

Our Flagstone Rubber Pavers are freeze/thaw stable.

Our Flagstone Rubber Pavers can be used as temporary flooring in an outdoor patio. The only preparation you would need to do is make sure that the tiles are placed on a flat surface. We recommend placing them over concrete or crushed gravel to keep the flooring flat, but you can place it on flat ground.

Our Flagstone Rubber Pavers are freeze/thaw stable so they ill not lift up in 100-degree temps. or in freezing temps. If water were to get under the tiles, that is not a problem. Over time, the water will either evaporate or flow right back into your pool or drain if there are any slopes.

Our Flagstone Rubber Pavers are a two-sided paver and allow for water and other liquids to flow under them easily. These tiles would provide some impact resistance and noise reduction from the floor above, which would make them perfect for your deck.

Our Flagstone Rubber Pavers will retain some heat when in direct sunlight, but they will be much cooler than concrete or asphalt in direct sunlight. If these pavers do become too warm, you can hose them down with water. Since these pavers are made with rubber, they are more slip resistant when wet.

Yes you can

You can install our Flagstone Rubber Pavers over concrete that is not perfect. As long the concrete is fairly flat, you will have no problems with installing the tiles over it. If there are major deviations in height, then you will need to repair the concrete first before installing the tiles.

Our Flagstone Rubber Pavers can be used indoors and they can be sealed like other rubber flooring. These rubber tiles will not flake excessively.

Our Flagstone Rubber Pavers are suitable for driveways and can be also be used over an existing driveway. The only issue that you may run into with these tiles is when oil comes in contact with them. If your car does leak oil, we suggest placing a mat where your car will be parked are where it commonly travels.

Our Flagstone Rubber Pavers are freeze/thaw stable, so they will be able to handle the seasonal temperatures. These tiles are made from the same material your car tires are made of. Our Flagstone Rubber Pavers will get hot in direct sunlight, but not as hot as concrete or stone. Since these tiles are made from rubber, they are very slip resistant when wet. So we suggest wetting the tiles ever so often to keep them cool. Since they are more slip resistant when wet, you won't have to worry about the tiles becoming a slip hazard.

Our Flagstone Rubber Pavers will not absorb pet urine. These tiles are porous and will allow that to flow through the tile. To clean these tiles, we recommend hosing them down with water and a mild soap and water solution. You would then allow the flooring to air dry.

Our Flagstone Rubber Paver a very durable product and can withstand the weight of a grill on them without indenting or being warped. These tiles are made from recycled rubber and can handle having cooking grease on them. To clean it, we recommend using a soap and water solution and a hose and letting the flooring air dry.

We recommend using our Polyurethane Adhesive outdoors to glue our Flagstone Rubber Pavers and any other outdoor rubber product. This glue is freeze/thaw stable and can withstand the elements better.

Our Flagstone Rubber Pavers are dense enough that they can withstand any furniture or item on top of them without indenting while also allowing water to flow through them. So a planter or furniture will not lead any indentations in the pavers.

You can cut our Flagstone Rubber Pavers to go around any object in your yard. These tiles are best cut with a band saw or circular saw. If using a circular saw, we recommend running the blade at a low speed with water or silicone running over the blade. You can also use a sharp utility knife and a straight edge to cut these tiles as well.

Our Flagstone Rubber Pavers don't have slots in them to allow for water drainage. The tiles themselves are made to be water permeable and allow water to flow through them. This water will drain through the tile and to the ground below. If it over dirt, the water will soak into the soil. If over concrete, the water will flow under the tiles to the soil.

If you wanted to create a finished look around your Flagstone Rubber Pavers, we recommend using a quarter round to cover up the gap. You can find all of our quarter rounds in our trims and molding section.

You can use adjustable pedestals under our Flagstone Rubber Pavers to make the deck even.

The weed barrier would not prevent the water to flow through our Flagstone Rubber Pavers. The paver itself is semi-permeable allowing water to flow through the tile. The water would then hit the weed barrier and flow through the dirt below since most proper weed barriers are porous. The glue between the tiles just ensures the flooring performs properly in both hot and cold weather.

Our Flagstone Rubber Pavers can be used as flooring in a garage. These tiles are mold and mildew resistant and can be driven over. The only issue that you may occur is when oils interact with the floor. Over time, car oil will break down the flooring.

Our Flagstone Rubber Pavers would allow for water to flow with the slope of your roof to allow water to flow off your roof properly. Water will also not puddle on top of the pavers, as they are semi-porous and allow water to flow through them to the subfloor below.

Our Flagstone Rubber Pavers are a great flooring option around pools, whether they are freshwater pools or saltwater ones. These tiles are very easy to clean and maintain and are very slip resistant even when wet. The tiles are semi-permeable so they would allow water to flow through them and to the subfloor below. Since saltwater has salt, when it drys, it leaves the salt behind. This salt can get into the tiles and be very hard to clean out. We would recommend hosing down your pavers periodically to flush out the salts so that they don't get trapped in the tiles. The color can fade with these rubber tiles, but this process typically takes a good amount of time to occur. Most installations still look virtually new years after the initial install.

To prevent water from getting under our Flagstone Rubber Pavers, we would suggest placing a plastic sheet under the tiles and also sealing the floor. First, you would need to seal the seams with our Seam Sealer glue. Next, we would suggest sealing the whole floor with our Floor Finish and Sealer. You will need to strip and replace the Floor Finish and Sealer one to two times a year depending on the amount of traffic on the floor.

Our Flagstone Rubber Pavers would work well around a pool. These rubber tiles are very slip resistant even when wet and are cooler than concrete in direct sunlight. These rubber tiles are also very easy to clean and maintain and are mold and mildew resistant. These tiles are semi-porous, so water will not pool on top of the flooring ensuring a safe space to play and cool off.

Our Flagstone Rubber Pavers would be safe to use in an enclosed space. There would be a rubber smell that will be associated with these tiles, but it is not noxious or dangerous. The rubber smell will go away over time. To help get rid of this smell faster, we recommend washing the floor with a mild soap and water solution and allowing for the floor to air dry with plenty of ventilation. This may need to be done a few times to get the smell to go away quickly. These pavers can be used as garage flooring and will not be affected by a car driving over them. One thing that can occur when using rubber flooring as garage flooring is that any oils that fall on it from your car will eventually break down the rubber. If your car does leak oil, we would recommend placing our Nitro Rolls or Auto Floor Guards mats in the area where you park your vehicle(s).

Our Flagstone Rubber Pavers are softer than concrete or stone pavers, but could still cause some injury as they are not as soft as our playground rubber tiles or foam tiles. We would recommend either going with our playground flooring or going with our foam tiles over these tiles to help deaden their falls.

Our Flagstone Rubber Pavers are rooftop safe and would be a great flooring option for festivities and guests.

You can drive a mobility chair over our Flagstone Rubber Pavers. These rubber tiles are very durable and can withstand a car being driven over them with no issues.

Our Flagstone Rubber Pavers are Rubber Roof Approved and are great as flooring for any rooftop deck.

No tile is truly perfect, but our Flagstone Rubber Pavers a pretty darn close. The tiles will install like any standard brick paver and you should not experience any gapping when installed on flat ground. There can be some color variation as these tiles are painted but we try to make sure that all tiles in an order a pretty similar in shade and color.

We recommend using a Polyurethane Adhesive when gluing our Flagstone Rubber Pavers on a porch or steps.

Our Flagstone Rubber Pavers will provide some protection, but with these rubber tiles being porous, water will still penetrate to the concrete below, resulting in further damage in the long run.

If our Flagstone Rubber Pavers are installed outdoors, the smell will not be an issue for anyone on the flooring. These tiles will not smell more as they heat up. The smell is strongest after they are first installed. If the smell is still too strong outdoors, we recommend hosing the flooring down with a mild soap and water solution and allow the flooring the air dry.

Our Flagstone Rubber Pavers are semi-porous, so they may not be the best solution if you are concerned about moisture getting under the tiles. If you don't want any water pass through, you could seal the pavers to make them nonporous. You would do this by using our Rubber Floor Finish and Sealer and our Seam Sealer glue. Our Flagstone Rubber Pavers are semi-porous and would be able to withstand large volumes of urine. To help mitigate the smell that could be produced, we would recommend hosing down the tiles frequently to keep the uring from getting trapped in the tiles. Also, you could use our Turf Fresh spray on the tiles to also mitigate the smell that could be produced.

You can install our Flagstone Rubber Pavers over Trex decking. The tiles will not affect the decking in any way. They don't have to be glued, but if you did want to glue them, you can. We recommend using our Seam Sealer glue at the seams to keep the flooring together.

You can install our Flagstone Rubber Pavers over any hard flat surface, so in this case, Brock Pave Panels would work. You can use Permasand to keep these tiles in place.

You can install our Flagstone Rubber Pavers on a rubber roof. The rubber pavers are not interlocking, so to keep them in place, you may have to glue them to the rubber roof. If you didn't want to do that, You could also glue the pavers to each other with our Seam Sealer glue.

Grasses, weeds, and other plant life can still grow between our Flagstone Rubber Pavers. To prevent this, we recommend installing a weed fabric under the tiles.

Our Flagstone Rubber Pavers don't have any carcinogenic effects associated with it, but it does fall under the Prop 65 rules set forth in CA for a product that has substances that they deem unsafe. Children can ride their bicycles, tricycles, scooters, or any other toy over our Flagstone Rubber Pavers. These rubber pavers are even durable enough for a vehicle to drive over them on a consistent basis.

Since our Flagstone Rubber Pavers are semi-porous, water still will flow through the tiles even when glued. This water will eight evaporate over time or make its way through channels that are formed when gluing pavers to concrete.

Our Flagstone Rubber Pavers can be installed on an uneven cement porch floor. As long as the peaks and valleys aren't too extreme, you will be able to install our rubber pavers easily. You can loose lay our pavers, use double-sided tape, or use a polyurethane adhesive.

Since our Flagstone Rubber Pavers are made of rubber, they are actually more slip-resistant when wet than dry. They will not get squishy when wet and dry fairly quickly after a normal rainstorm. We don't have any drain rate testing for these tiles, but they are porous, so they will drain fairly quickly.

As long as the patio is still stable and if flat, you can place our Flagstone Rubber Pavers over it. When installing these rubber tiles, we recommend using a polyurethane adhesive if you are wanting to adhere them to the patio surface.

Our Flagstone Rubber Pavers are semi-permeable and would not be a waterproof surface over another patio. The only way to make these rubber pavers waterproof would be to add a sealer to the flooring. Our Rubber Floor Finish and Sealer would work, but you would need to reapply it quite often to ensure no water gets through the tiles. Also, we would recommend sealing the space between the tiles with our Seam Sealer glue.

You may loose lay them, without glueing them down. However, if you need a more permanent installation, our Polyurethane Adhesive would work best with these tiles.

We wouldn't recommend using these pavers on a second-floor patio since they are semi-permeable and would allow water to still flow to the balcony below. Our Nitro Rolls would work great for this use. These rolls are UV resistant and non-porous preventing water from penetrating to the balcony below.
