Installation Guide
Installing your Shuffleboard Court Kit is simple and straightforward, designed for easy setup:
- Prepare the Subfloor: Ensure your subfloor is clean and free of dirt, dust, grease, or other debris.
- Start in a Corner: Begin installation by placing tiles in one corner of the area, working your way outward. If installing up to a wall, ensure the female side (loops) of the tile faces away from the wall.
- Lay the Tiles: Arrange the tiles in a perpendicular pattern, filling the area with whole tiles according to your desired size and design.
- Cut to Fit: When you reach an edge, wall, or obstacle, measure and cut the tiles using a tile cutter or table saw. Leave a 3/4” gap between the tiles and the edge of the court or wall to allow for expansion and contraction.
- Finish with Edge Pieces: If you’ve purchased edge pieces, snap them in once the tiles are laid.
- Apply Game Lines: To apply game lines, use painter’s tape or 3M 2060 tape to outline the lines. Use a two-part polyurethane paint for a durable finish.

How about a better explanation for Game line kits. i need one for the shuffleboard tiles. You have nothing on your website. What good are these tiles without gamelines ?
You may use our game line paint kits to manually create lines on the court kit.
Was this helpful?Interested in the shuffleboard kit. I see that the lines are sold separately. Do you sale those? What is special about the kit, the pricing and size? Just thinking that if I wanted a different color, I could just buy the tiles, but they are almost $2 more per ft. Is that correct?
You may create a custom court using any of our outdoor sports tiles. Simply go to the product page and click the "flooring designer". You may use our game line paint kit to create lines on top.

These are strong enough to withstand the weight of a car as long as the surface underneath is stable and level. We do offer a wide selection of garage tiles that would be better suited for heavier weights that could also be designed as a shuffleboard kit.

Excellent product. Easy to lay out without needing a tools. Once you figure out the layout, the rest is easy. I had some problems with the initial design but it was resolved by customer service. Ty and Omar were excellent. They helped me with returns which was free. I received a box of gray tiles which I didn’t order and fewer edges than ordered. They shipped the missing pieces to me for free. My kids love it and my Facebook page lit up when I posted the pics. The reviews have been excellent !! 5 star product !! I will buy it again and again !!

The steps that we covered are in an awkward spot to take a great picture that shows the surrounding mountains, and it's snowing this morning! But at least this shows how durable and practical the covering is! This winter has been a true test, since we have had lots of snow. The snow brushes off easily and the tread keeps the steps safe. We also had some heavy furniture boxes delivered, and they had to be dragged down the steps...no cracking or damage! We are thrilled with your product!

The product is nice and came out great !! It is overall easy to assemble but comes with some minor challenges. We placed our tiles over gravel which made it hard for us to snap the pieces together. So we have to place a piece or board underneath so that we could snap them then remove the board. They did recommend placing the tiles on top of plywood however wood does start to buckle and sometimes doesn't lay flat on the edges even with the thickest board ( we tried 1inch and 1/2 inch) Also please don't forget your edging !!
