Our commercial flooring page says government and military buyers order through procurement, on purchase orders, with documentation requirements. We have shipped more than 7,000 orders to .gov, .mil, and .edu buyers. Nearly 1,200 of them came from the U.S. armed forces. Our commercial team helps with samples, specs, logistics, and the PO and tax-exempt paperwork.
Confirm before the PO
Our rooftop paver project post says the best time to work through these details is before the order becomes an order. Our commercial team can review each point with you:
- Application: the room or area and the activity on the floor.
- Quantity: the measured square footage. Our rubber roll install guide adds 10% for trimming.
- Accessories: the tape, adhesive, edges, and trim that the install needs.
- Lead time: the manufacturer availability and the current lead time.
- Delivery requirements: the delivery address, the receiving contact, and the site rules.
- Parties: the buyer, the billing party, and the job site. They can all be different, and that is normal.

Lead time and color
Each product page shows the lead time when you select a color and a size. Our rooftop paver post says manufacturing time and freight time are two separate windows. Do not schedule the installer from the shortest lead time shown online. The full timeline is production, freight, receiving, and extra time for changes. The Rubber Gym Rolls page says orders over 1,000 sq ft can need more processing time.
Tax, payment, and samples
We process tax-exempt orders, and we charge sales tax correctly in every jurisdiction we ship to. Purchase orders can be paid by credit card, wire transfer, or check. Our free commercial sample program ships samples free, more than 2,000 each month. Your team can check a product before a large order.
