Can you tell me if these tiles require screws or any other kind of fixed attachment or are they just ‘floating’?
These are floating tiles that attach together - no screws or hardware required.

We do not recommend installing directly over EPDM roofing, as any sharp pieces underneath the floor could cause it to tear.
Was this helpful?What is the gap between each tile when connected? Also will there be damage in rain or heat to the tile or the plastic that is connecting them?
The gap between each of the deck tiles is slightly less than 3/16 inches. Harsh weather should not damage these as they are made to be weather resistant.
Was this helpful?can the tiles be staggered? i want to lay a 5' wide and 9' long area. If cutting is easy, I would want to stagger the flooring..
These tiles are constructed to snap together, so staggering may prove somewhat difficult. Is is possible to cut these tiles with a tile cutter.
