Material: Crosslink Polyethylene Foam bonded to a tough 26 oz Needle-Point Carpet top.

Size: Available in two sizes: 3' x 6' or 5' x 10'.

Thickness: Available in to options: 1 3/8" or 2". 

• 1 3/8" is the most commonly used thickness of mat throughout the cheerleading industry, although 2" thickness will provide desirable enhanced shock absorption.

Weight:  

• 3' x 6' mats weigh ~12 lbs. each.
• 5' x 10' mats weigh ~23 lbs. each.

Recommended Uses: Lightweight and versatile Home Cheer Mats have been used successfully for general fitness, and atheletic training at home, for travel, and in smaller scale commercial applications, and can be used as portable gymnastics mats, tumbling mats, exercise mats, martial arts mats, wrestling mats, cheer mats, fitness mats, and more.

Home Cheer Mats are very easy to install. The built-in flex rolling system makes it easy for one person to roll each mat out for use and quickly roll back up when finished for convenient storage. Plus, they’re portable and lightweight making them easy to transport. Install these mats in virtually any room or practice space quickly and without fuss.

Please Note: Velcro strips are included with all orders of two or more mats to allow for joining the mats together. Two or more mats can be arranged to make a larger gymnastics mat area.

Home Cheer mats are very easy to clean. Each mat is constructed of durable closed cross-linked polyethylene sports foam with a durable carpet top.

• If the mats do get something spilled on them or appear dirty, simply wipe the area with a damp cloth or vacuum, and your cheer mat will look like new.
• To avoid lingering dirt or debris, be sure to spot clean and vacuum your mat regularly (at least once a week) if the mat is used on a daily basis.

Manufacturer cleaning guidelines are as follows: 

While most porous surfaces, like carpet, cannot be completely disinfected, the risk of spreading pathogens/microbials can be mitigated by following a regular cleaning/sanitizing schedule. We recommend vacuuming before or after each use, and deep cleaning on a regular basis with a sanitizing solution like Sporicidin® or MediClean® (formerly MicroBan®).

Instructions:

• Clear the mat of all obstructions and debris.
• Vacuum the entire surface of the mat.
• Use a hot water extraction cleaner or “steam” cleaner with a sanitizing solution, or apply with a handheld or electrostatic sprayer and allow carpet to remain damp for recommended time.
• Allow mat to dry fully before using or rolling up for storage.
