Get our ever so popular Home Wrestling Mats now in a custom size. Our custom sized Home Wrestling Mats come 6' wide and can be ordered to the length desired to the nearest whole foot. The minimum length that can be requested is 10'. These mats feature all of the same benefits as our standard sized Home Wrestling Mats and come with a connector strap when two or more mats are ordered.
Please Note: If ordering more than one mat, there may be slight variation in surface color shade, texture, and nominal size due to the production process.
Material: Crosslink Polyethylene Foam bonded to a Tough 24 oz vinyl top with built-in antimicrobial protection.
Width: 6' wide.
Length: The rolls are custom cut to your desired length free of charge provided that each roll length is 10' long or longer and in whole foot increments such as 11', 12', 13', etc. You will normally receive an extra few inches on each roll. This allows for a quick and easy installation.
Thickness: 1 1/4" & 1 5/8"
Weight: 1-1/4" thick mats are 2.70 lbs. per sq. ft. and our 1-5/8" thick mats are 2.75 lbs. per sq. ft.

Installation
- To begin unpacking your Wrestling Mats, the plastic bags should be removed by cutting the zip tie at the top and then pulling the bags off. It may be easier to pull them off with the mats laid on their side.
- If your mat was packaged with a layer of cardboard and plastic wrap, carefully remove it with scissors or a utility knife. Remove the plastic wrap, then the lids, and finally the cardboard wrap.
- Once you have removed the packaging, you should roll out the mat sections, inspect them and allow the mat to “air-out” for about 30 minutes.
- Because water is used in the manufacturing process there may be some moisture on the surface. This should evaporate in several minutes if the air is circulated. If there is excessive moisture, leave the mats rolled up and standing on end. You can use your new Wrestling Mat the same day it is delivered. No curing time is required.
Care & Maintenance
- Your mats should be swept with a dry mop or push broom before each use and cleaned with a disinfectant mat cleaner after every use. There are a number of quality mat cleaners available.
- Special bucket-less mops are also available for easier cleaning. Allow the mats to dry completely before rolling up and storing.
- Street shoes should never be allowed on the mats. The health of your athletes and the life and appearance of your mats are directly related to your cleaning regimen.
- Don’t use any short-cuts or allow non-wrestlers/athletes on the mats.
- For scuff marks and stubborn stains or mildew, you can use a household spray cleaner with bleach and scrub the mat with a plastic-bristle brush or Scotch® Scouring Pad. Goo Gone® and mineral spirits can also be used in small amounts.
- We recommend that the rolls be stored standing on end, but they may also be stored on their sides and stacked. It is important that they are stored on a clean, smooth, flat surface and away from any sharp objects; storage bags are recommended.
- Temperature does not affect the mats and they can be stored in areas without heat or AC. If they are extremely cold (below freezing), you should wait for them to warm up before unrolling.
- It is suggested to keep the bags your mats were shipped in for use as storage bags.

Are these mats able to easily be cut? I need the mat to fit a space smaller than 10 feet.
You can easily cut our Home Wrestling Mats - Custom Cut with a sharp utility knife and a straight edge.
Was this helpful?Can this mat be used in place of a fatigue mat stood on all day by three people with a rug overtop of it?
Home wrestling mats can definitely be used as a cushioned floor in place of an antifatigue mat. Antifatigue mats usually have more cushion than what you would get from using this mat from with a rug on top of it but the wrestling mats definitely have a fair amount of absorption.

Our Home Wrestling Mats - Custom Cut does not come with a circle on them. If you would like to add a circle to your mat, you can do so through our mat designer, or you can reach out to one of our Flooring Heroes to add it to your mat.

Our Home Wrestling Mats feature a non-porous vinyl top that will not absorb any liquids. This surface is very easy to clean and is also very easy to sanitize as well.

Very happy with this mat! Durable and great price for its size. Very fast delivery. Box arrived in perfect condition. Kids are using for gymnastics and I'm using for Karate and Jujitsu. Plenty of cushion for tumbles and throws!!!
