Flooring Inc. is committed to your satisfaction and offers a 30-Day Money Back Guarantee to customers in the US. You can return your product for any reason within 30 days of delivery. Here's how:
To Qualify:
- The product must be in its original, resellable condition and packaging.
- Request a refund within 30 days of delivery by calling (866) 416-6388, via Chat, or Email and obtain your RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number and return address.
- Schedule return shipping at your expense and include the RMA number on the shipping labels.
Once received, a quality inspection will be done, and refunds will be issued within 3-7 business days if the product is in good condition.
Exclusions:
- Products that have been installed or removed cannot be returned.
- Custom-made, made-to-order, special-order products, clearance items, overstock, discontinued items, kits, underlayment, sundries (flooring adhesives, moisture control products, TWP, decking fasteners, trims, moldings) unless defective.
- Returns for color and thickness variations are only accepted if the difference is substantial (more than 1 mm).
Additional Fees:
- Returns after 30 days may incur up to a 35% restocking fee.
- A 10% restocking fee applies to all exchanges.
- Unapproved returns or those missing an RMA number may be refused and incur additional fees.
