These stain-resistant carpet tiles feature premium Nexus® Modular Backing System and have a TARR rating of 3.5, ideal for rigorous use areas. This commercial carpet also meets common safety requirements and features a lifetime warranty for wear, stain removal, delamination and colorfastness to light. Magnify is also available in a 12" x 48" plank format.

I just spent about three hours to transform my garage to a fun playroom for my kids! Love how it turned out and how easy it is to install! Customer service was —superior!! I received sample tiles but couldn’t see the actual pattern, the rep went out of her way to txt me photos of actual tiles, and it was such a HUGE help to decide on the color and pattern! All the reps are helpful! Thank you guys so much!!
