  A: You may use mild dishwashing soap mixed with plain water to clean these floors.

• Q: Can I use these in rental apartment? Can they be removed easily?

  A: Yes, absolutely! TritonCORE Pro 7" Rigidcore Vinyl Planks are great for rentals and can be removed easily. We'd recommend a glue-free installation, so you won't have any trouble taking them out.

• Q: Will mold be an issue if water gets under the plank?

  A: Yes, the water stuck beneath flooring could become moldy. If water gets underneath the planks, you would want to remove the flooring and let your subfloor as well as the plank dry before placing them down again.

• Q: Can you use a steam mop on these floors

  A: We recommend daily or weekly dust mopping to pick up dirt, grit, dust, etc. Clean up spills immediately to prevent damage to the floor. Lightly damp mop with a well-wrung mop.

  A: We do not recommend using these planks in areas that are not climate controlled.

• Q: Can this be installed over 2 mm White Eco-Foam underlayment? I’m installing on concrete so I want a vapor barrier, but hadn’t considered whether the extra cushion would be a problem when I purchased it.

  A: Underlayment is not needed due to the tiles having an attached underlayment backing. That being said, you could install these over a 2 mm White Eco-Foam underlayment and should not run into any issues.

• Q: Can I use this floor for dance?

  A: Yes, our TritonCORE Pro 7" Rigid Core Vinyl Planks are dance approved.

  A: Our TritonCORE Pro 7" Rigid Core Vinyl Plank will come with attached underlayment so no more would be needed. This underlayment is 1mm of cork.

• Q: Creating a home gym: If I wanted to do half the floor with this product and the other half with the 8mm eco-lock rubber tiles would they lines up?

  A: This would depend on if the subfloor. However, this can be lined up using one of our transition pieces found on the product page. The T molding is recommended for even transitions. The reducer can be used if one floor is higher than the other.

  A: These planks are for indoor use only, in temperature-controlled areas. They'd do fine in hot climates, as long as they are used inside the house. Yes, these planks can be cut to size with a tile cutter.

  A: Any vinyl flooring in general is not fireproof but can be flame resistant up to an extent.
