Does 1 tile come with the plastic boarder around the edges as shown in the photo?
Yes, the border is part of the tile.

These tiles cannot be connected together to create a bigger floor. However, you may use any of our composite deck tiles and connect them together to create the entire shower floor.

Yes, however, this is a single-piece product so you wouldn't have to cut it.
