Do you recommend a padding, or just put on subfloor?
Carpet tiles are best applied directly to a smooth, dense subfloor. If additional cushion is desired, a rubber underlayment is the best option.

I purchased a box after water damage required a few tiles to be pulled off my floor that was installed 6 years ago. Purchasing another box 6 years later had me concerned that the color would not match perfectly and you would be able to tell which ones were replaced. to my surprise you the color held so well and the color differenced between batches are so minor that you can not tell which ones were replaced. Very impressed by that.

We turned our garage into a game room. Used carpet squares from Flooring Inc. Came out amazing! The color and design make the room 'pop'. Was so easy to install. Flooring Inc made ordering and delivery extremely easy.
