Maintenance Instructions:

  1. General Maintenance:

    • Regularly check the integrity of the adhesive bond. Ensure there are no signs of moisture seepage or cracking.
    • Ensure that the flooring is installed and maintained as per the manufacturer’s guidelines to maintain the effectiveness of the adhesive.
  2. Cleaning Wet Adhesive:

    • Use a wet cloth to clean up any adhesive while it is still wet. This will prevent it from hardening and becoming more difficult to remove.
  3. Cleaning Dry Adhesive:

    • For dried adhesive, use a tennis ball to roll over the adhesive residue. The adhesive will adhere to the tennis ball and can be easily removed from the floor surface.
  4. Inspection:

    • Periodically inspect the flooring for any signs of separation, bubbling, or unevenness that could indicate adhesive failure.
    • If any issues are detected, address them promptly to prevent further damage.
  5. Environmental Conditions:

    • Maintain the appropriate environmental conditions as specified for the flooring material to ensure the adhesive remains effective.
    • Control humidity and temperature levels to avoid compromising the adhesive’s bond.
  6. Storage and Handling:

    • Store the adhesive in a cool, dry place when not in use.
    • Ensure that the lid is tightly sealed to prevent contamination and drying out of the adhesive.

By following these maintenance details, the EZ Clean MS Polymer Adhesive will provide a long-lasting and effective bond for your wood flooring.
