Installation Instructions
Surface Preparation:
Ensure the floor is thoroughly scrubbed and free from wax, oil, or lint. Mark off the floor according to game requirements, ensuring accuracy in layout and line width. Apply solvent-resistant masking tape (3M 233+ is recommended), pressing firmly for the best adhesion.
For best adhesion, a two-step pretreatment is required due to the unique flooring materials. First, apply P Link to the cleaned surface, ensuring thorough wetting, and wait 1 hour. Then, apply Prepare Thinner II, allowing it to dry for 1 hour before applying the first coat of paint.

Paint Application:
Temperature Control: Maintain ambient and flooring surface temperatures between 65°F to 75°F with 50% relative humidity during application. For higher humidity (above 85%), use EX-2C Slow Thinner (5-15%) and/or Endura Retarder.

Application Method: Use a pure bristle brush or foam brush for smaller areas; a short nap 1/8" roller can be used for larger areas, taking care to avoid air entrapment. Apply a clear base coat (CLEAR 100 SFC QD) along the tape lines to prevent paint bleeding, allowing it to dry for 2 hours before applying the first color coat.
Curing:

The newly applied coating should be left undisturbed for at least 72 hours. Only light traffic without footwear is allowed for the first 7 days. After 7 days, the floor may be dust-mopped or lightly damp-mopped to remove dust and light debris.
Care and Maintenance
Initial Maintenance: Do not scrub the floor for at least 30 days after the application of the Endura EX-2C FC Topcoat game lines. After this period, only use a non-abrasive, phosphate-free, biodegradable cleaning solution, diluted according to the manufacturer's recommendations.

Long-Term Care: This painting process is intended to be permanent; however, periodic touch-ups may be necessary due to the wear and tear on textured or engineered flooring surfaces. Following the initial 30-day curing period, regular sweeping and light mopping will help maintain the appearance and durability of the game lines.
