Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information
Turning the Marketing toggle off above is your opt-out of the “sale or share” of personal information under state privacy laws — it takes effect immediately in this browser. We also automatically honor the Global Privacy Control browser signal as this same opt-out. To make it a formal, recorded request (for example, covering our offline records too), submit a “Do Not Sell or Share” request in the form below.
Data requests
Ask for a copy of the data we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, or record a formal Do Not Sell or Share request. We'll email you a confirmation and respond within 45 days.
What we collect, in plain English
- Cart & orders — what's in your cart, your order history, and the shipping/billing details you give us at checkout, so we can fulfill and support your orders. Payment card details go directly to our payment processor; we never see or store full card numbers.
- Reviews & Q&A — the name, email, and content you submit with a product review or question. Your email is never shown publicly.
- Back-in-stock alerts — the email you give us to be notified when a product is available again, used only for that notification.
- How you found us — with Analytics on, a first-party cookie notes how you first reached our site (for example a search engine, an ad, an AI assistant, an email, a social post, another website, or typing our address in) and the page you landed on. We record it on your cart, quote and order so our sales team knows how you found us. It is never shared with advertisers. Turn Analytics off above and we stop recording it and delete the cookie.
- Cookies — an essential cookie for your cart, one recording these privacy preferences, and (with Analytics on) the “how you found us” cookie above. Google Analytics, where it is switched on, follows the preferences above: with Analytics off it stores no analytics cookies on your device.
