4' x 4' Pro-Series Backstop Pads

Description - May outdoor sports require making surfaces safe for athletes. Backstop Outdoor Wall Pads are an essential addition to baseball and softball fields, backstops, and can be used for any other outdoor sports. These professional-grade wall pads are made with an incredibly durable 3" impact-rated foam with a waterproof vinyl coating and 23/32" Georgia Pacific Drymax strand board. These pads are meant to handle year-round weather and can be expected to last for years to come.

Foam Pad – 3" polyurethane foam that meets ASTM 2440 standards for impact rating and HIC (Head Injury Criterion) scores.

Backing - 23/32" Georgia Pacific Drymax strand board. Engineered to be moisture resistant throughout and meets LEED certification requirements.

Covering - 19oz waterproof coated vinyl with a smooth matte surface. Highly mildew and fungus resistant, includes UV additives that keep color from fading. Passes CSFM FR testing, ASTM E84 & NFPA-701 FR tests.

Graphic Options – We are able to digitally print on our outdoor wall pads with multiple-colors and from top to bottom, the cost of graphics is per-pad and not per-square-foot so its a great opportunity to think big! Hardware – Z-Clip pads will come with enough z-clip for the full width of the pad on the wall side, top and bottom. On the panel side it will come with two clips (each 1 1/2" wide) for the top and for the bottom. Each clip has two holes and a 3/4" pan head screw is supplied for anchoring to the panel.

Fence mounted padding comes with pre-installed T-Nuts, bolt, and fender-washers to secure pad to fencing.
