Description - The heavy duty dance floor cleaner that we offer is an effective and easy to mix, low odor formula that is designed for deep cleaning of your dance floors. Heavy Duty dance flooring cleaner is perfect for floors that have not been cleaned in a while, have been in storage for a while, and floors that have excessive build up for wax or dirt. Can be used on dance floors in the home, small studio, as well as in touring applications.

Size – 1 gallon containers
Weight – Approximately 9 Lbs. per gallon.
Recommended Uses – As an occasional heavy duty dance flooring cleaner for Marley dance floor rolls.
  • Regular cleaning of your new dance floor product will help to extend the overall life of your floor. Your new dance floor should be swept and mopped at least 3 times a week in normal applications. In touring applications, the floor should be swept and mopped everyday.
  • Do not use any cleaner that may have ammonia in its formula, as this will leave a slippery residue on the surface of your floor.
  • Before you mop, sweep the floor clean with a soft push broom. A corn broom or other bristle broom can scratch the floor’s surface.
  • For the regular cleaning, All Purpose Cleaner for dance flooring is recommended. The water temperature should be warm but not hot. For light duty cleaning, add 1 ounce of All Purpose Cleaner to 1 gallon of water, mop and let dry.
  • For moderate to heavy dirt build up on the floor add 2-4 ounces of All Purpose Cleaner to warm water, mop and let dry. If there is gummy residue from floor tape, apply All Purpose Cleaner full strength to a soft cloth and rub on the build up. Afterwards, rinse the area with warm water and let dry.
  • If the floor has been in storage or not cleaned for a long period of time, use Heavy Duty Cleaner. Heavy Duty Cleaner for dance flooring is a also floor stripper as well as a cleaner. Using Heavy Duty Cleaner you will remove all waxes and any excessive dirt that has built up the floor.
  • Add 1 cup (8 ounces) of Heavy Duty Cleaner to cold water and mop. After cleaning rinse the floor with 1 ounce of household vinegar per gallon of cold water and let dry.
  • To remove difficult stains or spills, apply Heavy Duty Cleaner full strength directly to a soft cloth, rubbing the cloth on the stain. Then rinse the area with 1 ounce of household vinegar to 1 gallon of cold water to the area and let dry.

This product is meant to be used for stripping and deep cleaning of dance floors. You'll need to use it full strength to remove common markings that can be left by tap shoes. This cleaner can also be used diluted for daily and general cleaning.
