What are the ingredients? Is it natural and safe for anyone to be breathing the residual liquid off-gassing?

The ingredients in our Rubber Floor Cleaner are water, 2-phenoxyethanol, aminoethanol, 1-octanesulfonic acid sodium salt, and Propylene Glycol Butyl Ether. The ingredients in our cleaner and degreaser are safe and will not cause any issues when off-gassing.
