Are these suitable for garages - we are having drainage problems in one of our condo garages; need to have raised tile, so the water stays below (freezes in winter) for the safety of our owner. If these are not suitable; please advise which tiles would be suitable for our application.

Our Smooth Grip-Loc Tiles are not suitable for garages. These tiles are made from EVA plastic, which is a softer plastic and is not made to withstand the elements the same as our standard garage tiles. Also, these tiles will not handle the weight of a car as well. For this type of situation, we recommend going with one of our vented garage tiles which can be found on our garage floor tiles page.
