Can you lay these tiles over carpet?

Our 3/8" HD Soft Tiles can be installed over low pile commercial carpet easily. If wanting to install over plush, thick padded carpet, we would suggest installing a 1/4" plywood base before installing the foam tiles. This will help to prevent a possible trip hazard when the pad depresses under the tiles.
