We want to place rubber tiles/mats on a hardwood floor, because we will be using half of our bonus room for exercise. We may want to remove the tiles later. Will they damage the hardwood? Should we use double stick tape for stability, even if we place the tiles wall-to-wall?

Our 8mm Strong Rubber Tiles - Designer Series tiles can be placed over hardwood. These tiles do not need any tape for stability when placed wall-to-wall. When interlocked they hold each other down. The tiles typically do not stain hardwood, but there can be a possibility of staining over time. If staining is a concern, you can place a plastic sheet underneath the flooring.
