About Martial Arts Mats
When it comes to martial arts, the right flooring isn't a luxury; it's a necessity! Whether you're sparring, practicing takedowns, or perfecting technique, your mat should offer safety, durability, and ease of maintenance. We offer a wide selection of mats designed to support everything from casual practice to elite-level competition.

Durability
When picking a martial arts mat, you probably want to find something that lasts. Unfortunately, those 30-dollar Walmart mats aren’t going to cut it when it comes to actually practicing.
Most of our mats come with vinyl casing that protects the mat from rips, stains, and spills. It keeps the mat in the best shape for each practice session. Our mats are also non-porous and mold and mildew resistant. These mats will stay in shape for years to come.
Maintenance
All of our mats are portable and easy to use. They require little to no installation and can easily be packed up and stored away when not in use.
Worried about sweat? Don’t worry, our martial arts mats are super easy to clean. Simply wipe clean with a rag and sanitizer as needed.
Types of Martial Arts Flooring
Interlocking Foam Tiles
Our interlocking tiles are most popular in MMA and karate dojos. These tiles are easy to install and can be made into any size mat that’s desired. Simply lock the pieces together like you would a puzzle-- it’s as easy as that!
Interlocking foam tiles are made of closed-cell EVA foam and are shock absorbent for beginner to intermediate wrestling moves. Keep in mind that EVA foam can be punctured, so it’s best to keep heels and sharp objects away from the surface.
These non-porous tiles are easy to clean and sanitize. They also come in a variety of surface textures, sizes, and colors. Some are even reversible! You can truly customize your martial arts surface.

Folding Mats
Folding mats are great for home martial arts mats and commercial gyms! These mats are also easy to install. Simply unfold the mat and you’re ready to practice your moves. When you’re done, fold and put away as needed. Our folding mats can be connected using mat tape, allowing you to connect multiple mats to create a larger practice area.
These mats have a foam core that’s encased in thick, high-quality vinyl. Since these martial arts mats are non-porous, they are very easy to clean and sanitize.
Martial arts folding mats come in a variety of colors and thicknesses and offer the best in shock absorbency.

Roll-Out Mats
Our roll-out mats are our most popular mats for residential and commercial gyms. They are the easiest martial arts mats to install. Simply roll them out and you’re ready to go. They are also the easiest to store for the same reason. If you’re looking for a very portable option, roll-out martial arts mats are the way to go!
These mats feature a vinyl top over a thick crosslink polyethylene foam bottom, which in English, means they are durable and shock absorbent. Since roll-out mats feature a nonporous vinyl top, they are also super easy to clean and sanitize.
Even better, roll-out mats can be connected by mat tape to make larger mat sizes.

Crash Mats/Landing Mats
At 8 to 12 inches thick, our landing mats are the ultimate in martial arts mats. These mats provide the highest level of shock absorption by using a built-in mesh that releases air upon landing. This keeps the mat from being too stiff during a hard landing.
These mats are ideal for advanced moves that might result in hard falls. Landing mats protect users from injury and give extra cushioning on joints.

Customer Reviews
"I ordered the 1" MMA tiles for our Tae Kwon Do school. I placed my order late at night and was surprised to see that they had already been shipped early the next morning. The tiles themselves are great; durable, easy to clean, and look great. Installation was also very easy, it only took about 2-3 hours to install over 1200 s.f. of flooring, with 4 people working on it. We are holding classes on the flooring four nights per week, and so far it is holding up beautifully. Highly recommended!"

4'x8'x2" Eco Folding Tumbling Mats
"Thank you! I’m currently using them for grappling and a Jiujitsu class. They are awesome and holding up great! They are also very accommodating to my current need as they are easily installed or removed while maintaining their position by great Velcro. Love them."
- Andres S.
"The tiles are just what we wanted, created a comfortable surface for workouts. The tiles were very easy to install, the floor doesn’t move as we use it, and does not come apart."
- Becky
