Rosco Dance Floor Rolls - Custom Cut Reviews

We converted part of our garage into a dance studio/exercise room so our daughter could continue her ballet classes on Zoom during the COVID-19 quarantine. We wish we had thought of doing this years ago. Using the Rosco Dance Floor Rolls over 3/4 inch foam subfloor tiles, our concrete slab was converted into a professional feeling dance/gym floor in a half day. It was easy to install and came out looking beautiful. The floor is resilient too. We put a Pelaton exercise bike in the space. Our bike shoes leave ″dents″ in the floor, but they disappear entirely after about a minute. We love the floor and received great customer service from the Rubber Flooring salesperson when we had questions.

My floor arrived rapidly, despite the current conditions, securely wrapped around a heavy duty cardboard tube and completely sealed in plastic and then paper. It is easy to roll out (I use it in a dual purpose location) and is holding up well (both sides, reversible). My ballet shoes are no longer getting torn from my wood floor nor is my floor being damaged by my ballroom heels.

Bought 3 rolls of flooring to build a dance floor for my daughters in our garage. Glued the rubber flooring to three 4x8 sheets of plywood. And used the tape to attach them together. Perfect little practice area for them. Worked great and flooring is made really well. Good quality.

I ordered samples. They sent them for free. I measured my room and went to place my order. The ordering process was so easy. The flooring came in record time. I installed it myself with the help of one of my instructors and my Mom. The flooring rolls were heavy but the 3 of us did just fine. Our dancers love the flooring. I used the everyday cleaner once so far. It doesnt have the best oder but it cleaned well. Can't wait to use the heavy duty cleaner.

I placed the Dance Floor Rolls - Custom Cut directly on top of the Modular Grid-Loc Tiles to create the perfect, non-slip, durable floor for Ballet and Pointe work. The Dance Floor Roll is fantastic. There is no need for rosin to be used on the box of the Pointe shoes. The surface is easy to clean, and being placed on top of the Modular Grid-Loc Tiles have provided just the right amount of spring for leaps, and the right amount of surface area for spins. I and my dancer are extremely pleased with these 2 products we have purchased from Rubber Flooring Inc. All of my daughter's dance friends show their parents how fantastic it is. I tell them how easy it was to install, and how affordable your products are.

We recently purchased a Rosco floor, double sided tape, seam tape and cleaning solution from a FlooringInc. store. The purpose of the floor is a home ballet studio for our daughter. We sprung the subfloor using plywood over new padding, which sits on top of existing carpet and padding. Installation of the Rosco flooring was simple and straightforward and FlooringInc customer service was very helpful and courteous. The results are beautiful and durable, and my daughter reports that the floor is the perfect ″speed″ for pointe work. Further, we saved a significant amount of money purchasing through FlooringInc and doing the installation ourselves. We highly recommend FlooringInc for excellent all around experience and a fantastic end product. P.S. the Rosco floor cleaner is great, we highly recommend it for maintaining the Rosco floor!

My girls love their new dance floor! It was easy to install and lays perfectly on the existing carpet. We wanted a flooring that they could practice their dance, but something that could be installed with what we already have. Great flooring! Thanks!

We're actually using the flooring for our e-commerce studio. We chose it because of its matte white finish (which we were specifically looking for) and ease of cleaning with just a magic eraser. Here are a few pics of it from our photo shoots.

We didn’t use for a dance floor. We used for a number of Glassell School of Art (Houston) Print Shop fixtures. We used the white for this one and three others with the reverse (black) on two tables. Worked out fine.

Love this dance flooring! I replaced my old studio flooring and it looks and sounds great! Not too slippery!
