I ordered the artificial grass for my backyard. Ordering was easy and my product ship with no problems. The grass was cut perfect to my specifications.

Please see a picture of my turf below. It is fantastic and has been a wonderful addition to my backyard. It is so simple to pick up after my dogs on this turf. I am extremely pleased with my purchase.

I could not be any happier with the Newport Premium Turf that I purchased. It is absolutely PERFECT! In selecting an artificial turf, I had the following requirements, in order of priority. 1. It must look as much as possible like real grass. I don't like most artificial turf because it looks too fake, the colors are not correct to match real grass, the blades are all cut evenly which doesn't match real grass, and with the installation process that the professionals use, all that adds up to make it look like a green carpet in your front yard, which screams ″FAKE!″ I don't want a carpet in my front yard! 2. Price was important. 3. Warranty I accomplished the above 3 requirements better than I ever thought possible! People stop while walking by and take pictures. People have even stopped in their cars, and got out and taken pictures. And people stare at it and the first comment out of everyone's mouth is, ″this looks like real grass!″ ″I've never seen any artificial turf look this real!″ They even feel it to double check. I had a workman at my house for 3 days, and he didn't realize until day 3, that the grass was artificial. I had a roofer come out to give me an estimate, and it took 15 minutes before we even started talking about my roof, because he wanted to take pictures of my yard and send them to his wife, and ask me all the details about the grass (artificial turf). Why did it come out looking so great? 1. The Newport Premium grass is the ″right″ color green. I put the sample piece on a couple of neighbor's real grass yards, and you couldn't tell the difference......except mine doesn't have any brown spots or weeds in it! 2. The individual blades are cut at different lengths, resembling real grass growth. 3. The brown squigglies in it look like real thatch in real grass lawns. 4. The installation process I used. I did it myself. The problem with the process the ″professionals″ use, is: 1. it's very expensive 2. they dig out the dirt and bring in sand and gravel and compact the ground to get it as perfectly level and flat as possible (sorry, no real lawn looks like that) 3. They actually will use carpet stretches to get it perfectly flat (again, no real grass lawn looks like that) 5. The way I did it was to cut out the existing grass, rotor till the dirt, sculpture the lawn by raking the dirt until it was smooth...but not perfect, and sculpturing it up/down where I needed to. Then I used a water roller on it to compact it slightly. in other words, the way I prepped it was exactly the same as you would do if you were going to put in sod. The only additional thing I did was to put down a weed preventer fabric that you can buy at any ″big box″ store like Home Depot, Lowes, etc. So note: to people that aren't do it yourselfers like me, just hire a landscaper and tell him to prep your yard for sod (but without the sprinklers! YES!!! No water!!!), put down the weed preventive fabric on top of the dirt, then lay the artificial turf on top, and put in stainless steel ″staples″ about 4 inches long. That's it! The result? Looks exactly like real grass! You may not be able to tell well from the pictures, but there are slight undulations in the finished product that combined with the multiple length blades, make it look like a lush lawn that is growing, and will need to be cut in a week or so. I am one very, very, very satisfied customer! And I have recommended you to many people, and given them samples. Thank you so much! PS: I'm still in process of finishing the landscaping in the back yard, but I have the ″grass″ down and you can see how real it looks in back too.

We are so happy we chose this product. It looks amazing. I highly recommend this product. the key is to have a good hard packed surface before starting so there are no wrinkles!!!

We love our new turf! It was tough to install in 100+ degree heat, but along with 2 strong men and a lot of sweat equity, we managed to make our deadline. Party guests raved about it. And thanks again to Omar for his great customer service! He was wonderful to work with.

It all turned out really nice.

First of all, thank you for this amazing product! We have four dogs and real grass...just doesn't work. Its dirty, lots of maintenance, a ton of things can go wrong! With this turf which btw looks super realistic; its easy to clean, doesn't smell, easy to install, dogs love it , we love it!!! Honestly worth every penny! Thanks again!!

It worked okay but not the same color as the picture. It should have been a darker green.

The product is a good substitute for real grass. Our area does not allow watering of landscaping so natural grass was not an option. Product has a grain that requires material to be installed in one direction or you can see the difference. Product needs to be stretched in order to eliminate rolls/bubbles. Material does get hot in August central California sun.
