Impact Rolls - Wood Series Reviews

I installed this product in a home gym for a customer. He wanted rubber that looks like wood and I found this online. It is heavy but also seems very durable. The installation was fairly easy like vinyl rolls. We used some double sided tape around the perimeter but I am not sure its needed since the product is so heavy and it is installed wall to wall. I think it looks great. Here are some pictures of the completed gym.

Hi, it turned out really good! We turned a mechanical room that was a wasted space into a home gym and the floor makes all the difference. before and after showed. Floor lays down great. It is seamless! It is almost impossible to find the seams when you join two or more piece for a larger room. We had two large rolls and I was worried about seeing them but not at all, incredible how it matches up and lays square. Looks great. So far with just a month installed, we love it with the gym. Much better than the basement concrete floor we had in the space before. Really does look high quality. I would recommend it.

I’m pretty happy with how everything turned out, and the quality of the flooring has been excellent. Feels and looks like a real wood floor when walking on it, but very comfortable when sitting on it. I have dropped weights on it with no issues either.

We had existing hardwood floors throughout the house and I was very hesitant to use this rubber flooring. I cannot say how perfect it turned out. It is very durable and it looks fantastic with our existing floors. Love Love Love this product.

I love the fact this roll looks like wood. It looks great in my yoga studio!

I know this product would be a great looking garage floor and beings it is rubber it would be easy on my back

We installed this flooring ourselves. It was relatively easy to install. It was a pretty heavy product, but we had help to get it up the stairs and manipulate it into our space to make the necessary cuts and alignment. We were very happy with how it turned out. It makes our home gym look less like a gym and more like a nice room with the wood ″look″. It's easy to clean and serves the purpose we intended which was to make the room look more like a sanctuary than a stuffy old gym.

Comfortable, looks great.

Rolls were very heavy making them hard to get down to the basement and them get them adjusted and rolled out. But, with big rolls, installation went fairly quickly. The floor is comfortable and looks good. Seems between rolls aren’t perfect as edges are not completely straight in spots. But the tiny gap is no bigger than what you’d get with a wood floor. Only complaint would be the vinyl wood plank pattern weirdly doesn’t divide evenly across the six feet. So, you have a partial “plank” on one edge. For us, it’s a basement workout room so, not the end of the world.
