Works good for tumbling, walk overs,flips great for practicing cheer. My granddaughter wanted it for the slight bounce and is satisfied overall with product.

I needed a mat for home exercise that could withstand the circuit training that I am doing. I wanted something similar to the one that I use at bootcamp. It is cushy without being unstable - my feet or knees or whatever body part is on it never hurts. I can vacuum it and... IT DOESN'T HAVE A NASTY RUBBER SMELL! I unroll it when I'm ready to use it, and roll it up when I'm done. Lightweight and easy to move. Overall, I am totally happy with this mat.

These mats provide a nice surface for floor exercises. I use these in a renovated garage. The floor is a painted concrete. These mats roll out easily, are light weight and nice to roll up and store when not needed. The surface provides warmth and nice support for standing exercises as well as floor exercising. Very Happy with the purchase.

This is an awesome mat! I’m 250 with major injuries that could no longer handle impact fitness on 1” hard rubber mats. This mat absorbs high impact fitness training like jump rope, and box jumps. My herniated lower back, and hip replacement hardly feel the impact so now I can keep training and stay fit. So buy it, try it, and your body will thank you.

Bought 2 cheer mats for my granddaughter. She loves them. We were very pleased with the quality of the mats and with the timely manner in which we received them. Would definitely order from this company again.

This mat is perfect for my daughter to practice her gymnastics. The best part is that it is so thick but can easily fold up and give us back our floor space in the playroom! She loved the purple color and has used it every day'

This mat was better than expected. Put it my van and use it for many things including sleeping overnight. Excellent purchase as advertised.

My 11 year old gymnast absolutely loves her mats. We bought (3) 6' mats making it more versatile for her needs. If it's cold or rainy outside she can still put 2 mats together and stretch and tumble inside. When outside she puts all 3 together which is plenty of room for a complete running pass. Great cushioning and support. She is in LOVE with these mats!!!

Love the mat. Although I ordered purple, I received black, it's still a great mat. I do wish the product labels were on the underside (hidden) rather than the top side. Doesn't effect the mat, just appearance.

Easy to roll and stand it up when is not in use. It comes with a band with a velcro. I bought the 5x10x 1 1/4. Great for high impact aerobics such as Body Attack from Les Mills App. It doesn't move when working out. I bought it as I started doing Body Attack at home and my knees were not liking the hard floor. This mat was the perfect solution. Feels also nice when doing push ups during the class. I workout with tennis shoes on the mat. I decided to use a brand new pair of shoes that I only use on this mat to help keeping it clean (but that's me).

I needed a mat for my home gym. I’m so glad the rep recommended this one. It’s so much better for my knees. I do a lot of HIT workouts and this has helped me tremendously.

These mats are the perfect size for teaching tumbling skills yet small enough to transport back and forth to practices. The price point is wonderful and the product is durable.

The mat came the next day when it was suppose to be delivered the next Wednesday was very happy. My daughter loves it. it's Thicker than expected Quality is great. If need another I will definitely order again.

Mat is perfect, we had a small area in our basement that we wanted to convert to an area where we could stretch and do moderate floor exercise. The Mat was east to install and very comfortable.

We have a tile floor but wanted to do sit ups. A yoga mat by itself did not work for us. When we added the ‘Home Cheer Mat”, we had the perfect surface. - - - Not too hard and not too soft. Additionally, it rolls up for easy storage.
