  Dump Ground to Executive Garage
Self-installed in Garage
Paul S from Charlotte NC wrote...
After building my house over the last few years my garage had become the dumping ground for any leftover building materials. Made me crazy, every time I was looking for something and took me longer to find stuff than doing the job I had planned to do, I am sure you can sympathies! I finally cleaned up the garage, gave it a new coat of paint and built some storage cabinets. The truly finishing touch was to put down some flooring, after researching on the web the best product and price was from Garage Flooring. Ordered Coin Grid-Loc Tiles, they shipped fast and did not disappoint! Please see my photos of finished garage.

They say pictures is worth a thousand words…. Well these pictures are worth ten thousand words and then some. I cannot say enough on how happy I am with the way my floors turned. I have a custom show car, that was parked inside a UGLY one car garage, till I came across Rubber Flooring Inc. The first thing that caught my intention was the price. I have priced out tile snap on’s at local stores and the price Rubber Flooring had was by far MUCH cheaper. Cheaper enough for me to say,, Hey I think it’s time I remodel my garage. I got some free samples mailed to me and I WAS SOLD. This is not one of those things you get what you pay for.. The quality on these tiles are great. I am not a Do it yourself home improvement type of guy, however I was able to do this all by myself in less than 2 hrs. I was so in love with the way it looked.. I decided to decorate the garage all the way around lol..

  I Love These Tiles!!
Self-installed in Garage
Brian W. from Rockwood, MI wrote...
Garage is 20x25 and I used the handy online design tool. I'm simply not an overly talented DIY guy but these we so easy to install. I did have a neighbor cut all the perimeter pieces on his band saw which was a time saver. I know the instructions and video say all you need is a utility knife but these vented tiles are thick and the vented spaces make it somewhat challenging to cut quickly with that knife. There's a video online showing how to use a tile cutter with these exact tiles as well. With that being said, my wife and I couldn't be happier with the results. Every neighbor that stopped by thinks they look amazing. I almost went with the Diamond Grid-Lock which are less expensive but with Michigan winters I felt the vented made more sense so the water has somewhere to go.

Your product transformed my garage into a beautiful part of my home. The pitted cement floor needed to be repaired. Luckily I found your product on the Internet. It was the least expensive solution compared to Nature Stone or a new cement floor. Everyone that has seen the new look could not believe the transformation.

I did our 3 car garage in two afternoons (had a lot of stuff to move around, etc.) Used foam underlay from local builder's supply store so their is no clacking when walking on it. A jigsaw with a fine blade did a good job for all the cuts, etc. The order process and delivery co. was absolutely ″first rate″ and it arrived much faster than I ever expected. I also painted the concrete edging around the garage floor wall with a color matched paint for a finished look. I really like it and personally think it looks better than my friend's epoxy garage (for about half the price) plus it is much more comfortable to walk on/kids to play on/etc..

  Great Product

As others have stated in their reviews this is a very good product. They ship quickly and the product goes down easily. I did put down the roofing felt that others had recommended but I still did my whole 19' X 19' garage by myself in about 4 hours. One tip... instead of using a hammer, I would align the corner connecting to the others in place and kick it in with my leg/feet. Kept me from having to bend over very much. I wound up being short 3 pieces due to my own error, so I ordered those. They promptly sent them to me without any shipping charge! I would say these are great folks.

Garage looks outstanding! Everything came perfectly. Installation was pretty easy. When cutting tile, first tried a box cutting blade but it was too arduous. The jigsaw worked great and cut my time exponentially. Stomping on the tile to join them worked most effectively. Having a rubber mallet handy proved beneficial for the edges. These tiles are durable but not soft. You will hear the flexing of the tiles when walking on them but since they'll be in the garage it's an easy trade-off. Would highly recommend. I've seen some waterproof tiles but they were at least twice the price and required a lot more prep and finish. Excellent customer service!

  New garage floor

As I made the decision to tile my garage floor I looked and pretty much all the tile and other flooring options. In fact I actually bought the epoxy paint online and later decided I wanted something nicer. I sampled the tile options and quickly came to the conclusion that there was no better value for the money. I added an under layment and started laying my orange and black checkerboard patterned tiles. They went down amazingly east and looks great. Pulled my 900lb Harley in as well as a very heavy toolbox with, other than some dust, no marks at all. Not that I expected any. Broom or blower is all that's needed to clean up and spills just wipe up. The tiles fit very tight together. The only question for me was why I waited so long to install these. Absolutely love it!

  Beautiful & Practical Floor Tiles
Self-installed in Garage, Front Porch
Anonymous from Quitman, MS wrote...
Love, love, love the look of these tiles in our garage & extended to the front porch. Every person who has seen it, love it also. They were so easy to install, they just snap together or apart, and easy to cut with a jigsaw. We're using the extra for outside doormats. Highly recommend! Only recommendation to company- we wanted the dark brown but did not find the edging for that color, so we ordered the dark gray, but still love it too.

  Simply OUTSTANDING
Self-installed in my 4 garages (one 3 car and 1 single car)

The interlocking flooring is better than advertised, and extremely easy to install even for the novice do it your-selfer. The flooring goes down with a stomp of the heel or a rubber hammer. I chose a rolling stool and a rubber hammer as I have a 3 car and a single car garage, (AND I'M 70) A saber saw or table saw is also needed to trim some of the perimeter pieces. Cleanup is quick and easy with a wet mop, and wala - no stains from dripping auto HVAC condensation, oil, etc. This product is far superior to an epoxy floor with sprinkles - which I have had and experienced paint lifting due to hot tires and also discoloration which is impossible to remove. GO WITH THE INTERLOCKING FLOORING FROM GARAGE FLOORING- YOU WON'T BE DISAPPOINTED

  Easy Install & Custom Looks
Self-installed in Garage
Anonymous from Chandler, AZ wrote...
We recently bought a new house and designed our interior flooring and we where looking to do the same for our garage, these tiles where the answer to get our custom look, and stand out from the standard epoxy look. They were extremely easy to install myself, and I thought it was worth the extra money compared to epoxy as epoxy took more time to install. The flooring looks great overall and we have been getting no stop compliments on the flooring. Image sent in by customer

  GARAGE FLOOR UPGRADE-WOW!
Self-installed in GARAGE
GREG B from DILWORTH,MN wrote...
Project went real easy , once I had to start trimming pieces it took longer of course. I have a custom floor drain so it took longer to trim around. Neighbors are envious, I have people I don't even know stopping to see what I did with the floor! I will have a rubber mat installed over it for winter vehicle parking! Glad I spent the extra money over Epoxy coating.

  New garage floor
Self-installed in garage
DG from Cumming, GA wrote...
My wife and I installed the Diamond Grid-Loc tile floor in our three car garage over a weekend. It turned out fantastic! The pattern I designed on the web site looked even better in real life! The floor was easy to install and just as easy to cut with a table saw. After reading other reviews I decided to lay roofing felt down to help reduce any cracking/popping sound when walking or driving on it. This was a very inexpensive, ($15.00/roll) solution and I'm very pleased. I would highly recommend this flooring over epoxy or paint hands down. My friends and family can't believe how great my floor looks. I love it!

  Overall satisfied

Overall I am very pleased with the turnout for the price. I do highly recommend the underlayment. I went with the shock pad. Without it the tiiles are very clacky and hard. I give the look of these tiles an A-. My only gripe is there is a slight diagonal groove in the tiles. I give the tiles a C- for sound and feel without the underlayment and a B- with it. I did a side by side comparison and it makes a good difference. The issue with the rubber underlayment is the shipping costs are expensive because the product is heavy and requires freight delivery. I did read on other websites that people use landscape cloth for a low cost sound reducing underlayment. The rubber is most likely a better result though. The tiles are easy to cut with a jigsaw. I probably would have gone with the rubber/pvc version of these tiles but my garage floor has expansion joints that the softer, more flexible tile would conform to. I was skeptical before my purchase as there is no negative reviews listed on this product. Even great products get negative reviews. It cost me roughly $1600 for a 2 car garage including the shockpad. Would be likely around $1300 if you went with landscape cloth Instead. Shipping was fast on the tiles. Underlayment took about a week and a half. Super easy to install. Neighbors and friends are impressed with the look. Would and will recommend this company and product.

  Pontoon Boat Storage Area
Self-installed in Pontoon Boat
Anonymous from Ft. Spokane, WA wrote...
The storage area under the seats of my pontoon boat are open 3/8″ all around for ventilation. This is a good idea except when you wash down the deck and items such as life jackets get wet. I used the vented grid lock tiles to elevate everything up off the floor which allows most of the water to pass under what is stored in the compartments. Whatever is left dries easily.

Self-installed in Crawl Space
Anonymous from Salt Lake City, UT wrote...
I bought the Grid-Loc tiles to go in my crawl space under my home. My thinking is that the vents will help keep things dry in the event of moisture entering the space. I am more than pleased with the results. My only gripe is that the ordering process indicates that the tiles are 12″ by 12″. I didn't see anywhere a statement saying that they ship with 4 tiles pre-assembled (2' X 2') this would have been good to know because I would have changed my order. I ordered 100 tiles to create a 10' X 10' square. Had I known, I would have planned accordingly.
