Great product, pattern was exactly what we expected, colors vibrant as expected and a soft short pile as expected. Customer service was great but it took many hours on the phone and several attempts to finally get it resolved. My clients home was torn apart for almost 3 months while waiting for new carpet and a resolution. All done and client loves it!
