Here’s a silly video of me doing a demo for friends on my new dance floor!

I do have this on carpet (low pile). I also have a tension pole mounted in the middle. There's significant gapping b/c of that, but even on the far edges, there are small gaps between the tiles where your toenail or clothing can get caught, so I do not recommend. The surface is also slightly ″sticky?″ not a good type of slide. Finally, be aware that if you order edging, you have to calculate that the corners are different (you order one ″corner edge″ per corner). I ordered 2 per corner. And when I tried to contact customer service to exchange and to add to my order (twice through chat, twice through email, and 3 times per phone), I got no response.

This floor was a great little tap floor for beginner tappers.

This dance floor has exceeded my expectations. My daughter is able to dance all types of dance on her floor and even tap. Very sturdy and easy to put together.

Love these tiles

This flooring was inexpensive and relatively easy to put together. We didn’t opt to get the pads for underneath but once we received it we decided to buy some from Home Depot (didn’t have time to order it from here). I’d recommend the padding for sound and comfort. I’m hoping it holds up well and “settles” a few of the joints aren’t as smooth as some of the others but overall I’m very pleased.
