I want to install Turf in my basement to play soccer on. Should there be a layer of padding under the turf?

We would recommend installing a pad underneath your turf if you were to install this in a basement. This will help to protect your joints while at play and will also give the ball a more true roll. We would suggest using our Gym Turf Pad under our Sports Play Premium Turf Rolls.
What is the best solution for a large outdoor area? 50 x 80. It will be used for football, field hockey etc.
